A friend of mine raves about this place, and they brought me food to try. Incredibly delicious. I’ll be ordering from here in the future.
It’s a surprising place. We got there at 7:30pm, we ordered Sizzling sisig and fried pork belly appetizer 16oz for two. The food was so fresh and delicious, sisig had a rich flavor in spices. The two servers we met in the store were nice, they said they’d give us more pork belly later because the box was not full but we didn’t even notice that. They basically fried a little more before they close just for us. Worth trying!

The food is excellent!! Delivery was fast and the food arrived hot. My boyfriend and I ordered the Sizzling Lyempo (grilled pork belly), Mama Rosa noodles and Tapsilog. We really enjoyed the tomato and pickled papaya, so delicious. We plan on ordering again next weekend.

Friendly and helpful staff, love our halo halo, and lechon kawali. Nice to have this place nearby. Mostly a take out place, and there are a few chairs if you want to eat in.
The restaurant serves good food but unfortunately I will not order from them because they treated me unfairly. For a party in February, I ordered (a month earlier) from their online catering menu. First negative… they called me SAME day as the party to tell me their bistek was not available so I had to switch to another dish. Second negative… Fast forward to only 3 months later, I try to order the EXACT same package but this time I have to pay a surprise extra $$$ because their menu online differs than the menu in store. (They said the 30-person package now only includes 2 meat dishes instead of 3.) Third negative… I was trying to explain why they should HONOR what’s on their website, (#1 - I don’t live nearby to see the changed store menu when their socials should reflect the current menu,#2 - I’m ordering $$$ more than just the 30-person package and #3 I brought up how they messed up my last order) and the clerk blamed me for the February meat dish not being available because I ordered last minute! Of course it was not true, so he retracted his statement but that was very rude to even make that up! Fourth negative, I’m Filipino and the clerk did not put me on mute so I could hear them talking rudely about me in Tagalog! Oh my goodness.
Anyways, those 4 negatives were too much for me to continue my order and they lost both $600 that day and the Filipino organization I am a part of. It’s too bad. Sayang.

Was the worst ribs I ever had in my life. They have so much garlic on them I could fight a vampire. That's $25 down the drain because I threw it in the trash

Food - They have different options to choose from. We had the pork dinuguan and humba along side with 2 cups of garlic rice for $11.99. We ordered the 5 sticks of pork barbecue which was on promo for $13.99 with small atsara and vinegar on the side.
Pork dinuguan and humba was good. Portion size is good for the price. The pork barbecue is not bad too, had a smokey flavour. Different type of barbecue that I had on other Filipino restaurants which had pork fat at the end and on the sweeter side.
Service - It was good. We were helped by two ladies over the counter.
Atmosphere - Quiet place inside the store.
It's our first time visiting Mama Rosa. It wasn't a busy time when we went there. Lots of foods to choose from. They have a separate spot at the basement where they have all sorts of Filipino things like snacks, sauces, etc.
The grocery side doesn't have proper pricing available. You can ask the employee to scan and see how much the item is.
Parking is not a lot since they share with other establishments at the area. Make sure to bring your valuables when leaving your vehicle. Lots of broken glass outside, probably someone else's car has been broken in.
Would definitely come back for more Filipino food! 😁

If i can give zero star! Bad customer service! They let us wait for 45 min for our food and when we asked the lady and try to follow up the other lady said no ticket printed for our order. How come when the lady clearly took our order! Unbelievable waste of time and let us wait for 45 min ended up we need to leave without eating! !!! Very bad customer service lazy emoloyees!

One of the best Filipino spots in all of DMV!
Just wished they cared more about the look of the place, other than that. The service and the food is pristine!
