My husband and I got married at Martin's West on November 15th, and we could not be more impressed with the professionalism of everyone on staff. Toria went above and beyond with the set-up process and answered all of our questions extremely quickly. She was also a rock star during our tasting and stayed beyond her regular work hours to help us make our timeline perfect.
Our rehearsal and wedding were perfect thanks to Brent and the catering staff! The staff made sure my husband and I didn't have to lift a finger, and all our attendees were impressed by how quickly they were able to serve all 190 people in attendance according to their dietary restrictions. Brent also allowed us to come in the following morning to take down our arch when we realized we didn't have the tools necessary to take it apart on the night of the wedding.
The venue is gorgeous, the staff was fantastic, and we are beyond happy with our decision to have our ceremony and reception at Martin's. The fact that Martin's is walking distance from 2 hotels was also a huge selling point and was perfect for our out-of-town guests (and local guests who didn't want to drive).
