After living in the New England area, I have tried several restaurants with lobster rolls. This will do, since Baltimore is known for its crabs . I still was hungry after eating here. Normally that's not normal for me which is why I was disappointed. I had to walk around the food court and buy more food. I believe the next day I went and brought some live lobsters and made my own.

The worst experience ever. The sign says we open at 11. The first worker gets there at 1130 and tells all the customers he will open at 12. Then at 12 he is so overwhelmed by customers it takes him 35 minutes to make 4 lobster rolls and 1 salad. As the line grows longer at 1215 the second worker shows up and strolls to the back. Service was horrible and the rolls were the same. Never again.

Ehhh used to really like Mason's, but they have recently priced themselves a bit too high for the quality and amount of food being received. The lobster rolls were $16 and used to be a pretty good deal. Solid 4 star experience and food. I would go 2-3X a month. Now, just a few weeks later... Rolls are $19 with no additional lobster meat being provided. To jump from 16 to 19 is substantial, especially without being offered a higher food quality, or more importantly amount. That's the standard roll price as well. Not the upgraded roll with tail meat. Which by the way is only about the size of my hand.

Got their Connecticut Roll. I'd say the taste was about average. The reason I gave it 2 stars is because I've never had a Connecticut roll not come with a slice of lemon. Lemon would have made it better. It also came with a sliver of pickle. The pickle was thinner than a #2 pencil. Oh the lobster meat itself had a lot of shredded meat with a few chunks. Other places have always bee mostly chunks of meat.

The prices are high but not surprising because it's lobster, what was disappointing was the over presentation, taste and service. When we arrived, we were greeted at the counter by a young lady with no gloves, picking he nails with her teeth. This was made worse by her general lack desire to work or even be there. We ordered the lobster bisque, shimp and sausage gumbo and lobster mac and cheese. The lobster bisque was just lobster flavored cream, there was no meat in in.The shrimp and sausage gumbo, was not gumbo just soup, the shrimp isn't even cooked in the soup, it's thrown in after( I know this because the shrimp tasted like it was boiled in water)The lobster mac and cheese was dry and burnt and have about 5 pieces of meat that were again, boiled with no flavor. When I tried to speak with the workers about the food, the same one who didn't want to be there, ignored me as if I wasn't even there. They need new management, better staffing, and a better menu. The prices are to be expected, but the trash food and service are not worth it.

The Bar Harbor had no tail meat, which was advertised on menu, the portion was generous but claw and knuckle meat are nothing without tail meat, the roll had little flavor and they need to lose that lemon butter, who does that anyway? I had to ask for a cloth and cleaner to wipe the table down. Their were no clean tables. lobster Bisque seemed to right out of can, was runny, no meat at all in the soup and was bland. The counter person was friendly and professional and was the best part of this experience.

Our first time at Mason’s was awesome. The lobster rolls were delicious. We loved the eatery’s atmosphere.

I came here September 2022 and the food was really good! I had a lobster roll and it was super crispy and buttery, so delicious!. It is a bit pricey for the size, but it is lobster after all. The space was clean and refreshing, with a great view of the water. Great location! Close to Cheesecake Factory if you wanted to get dessert there, although no street or super close parking, but that is to be expected for Inner Harbor restaurants. (There are parking garages a block or two away.) Customer service was good, just be prepared to spend around $22-30 for your meal. Overall I would recommend and I would go again!

I set out today to correct a gap in my culinary experience and enjoy the fare at Mason's Lobster Rolls in Belvedere Square (not to be confused with their branch down in the inner harbor). I enjoyed a classic lobster roll and the lobster bisque, a double lobster treat. Both were well prepared, nicely seasoned, and appealing. Drink choices included sodas from Maine, and I found the ginger beer was a perfect contrast to the rich lobster dishes. Service was friendly but a bit slow since only one person was on duty. There is indoor and outdoor seating in this food hall/market, but parking is in high demand. I look forward to trying the other lobster and seafood rolls, soups, and combinations and will time my visit either before noon or late afternoon.

As far as a good place to get a tasty lobster roll goes this is it. This place is nestled in Belvedere Square. Belvedere Square has a lot of different food options but this would have to be my favorite. The service is pretty quick and always a good standard. There's really no ambience to this place because you order your food and then you go sit in the common area with other people or you take it to go. Highly recommend it if you looking for a tasty lobster roll.

I've heard so many great things about this place forgetting that I live a block away, so I finally went this weekend. I got the lobster salad sandwich and it didn't have any flavor other than the fishy taste of seafood. For $20 I was quite disappointed. I also waited for 20m for something that's already done and there were only about 2 other people waiting. I did notice the guys running the stand were young men, very polite, but very slow in customer service. I gave the 3rd star for the kind kids running the stand but 2 stars for the food
