BUYER BEWARE! What kind of pizza joint doesn’t have black pepper, red pepper, salt, garlic powder or parm etc to sprinkle on their microwaved-tasting pizza, then groans when you request hot sauce? Massey’s! What type of carryout doesn’t have bags nor mayo nor mustard packets for lukewarm cheesesteaks and cold fries? Massey’s!

This is my first time ordering from here and it will be my last. I was told over the phone I couldn't get napkins and a straw for my order the lady on the phone came back to the house and said they can include it with my order after telling me I couldn't. The pizza was okay but whoever cut it definitely needs to tighten up. The red Velvet cake was good but I didn't like the customer service too much

Don’t order here I ordered and it clearly says that delivery was supposed to be delivered at 11:11 never gotten my food the man on the phone laughing not tryna send me my money back made me tip a driver that never came been calling for days to get my money back and they keep saying they’re closed but clearly they are open still haven’t received my money or my food back I’m taking this to the internet I got recorded phone calls and all

1* just to post…This place play massive games with people’s time and patience. I ordered from this place at 2am never received my order. I’ve called multiple times with the response of “your order will be there within in 5-7 mins”. Nothing 3 hours later. The worst should have known considering the location…This place should be shut down, very inconsistent, false advertisement, and poor management allowing this sort of conduct! BBB.com. I’m sure they will not be around long!

This place has definitely fallen off. It's scary walking through all the zombies just to order your food. The chicken isn't as good as it used to be and my slice of pizza was a disgusting hard piece of cardboard.

I got an order of a cheese steak and fries through a Door Dash order from this place and it was specifically put in the description to don’t put any onions on the cheese steak. They did anyways and i wound up having an allergic reaction. Taking the onions out doesn’t do anything because there is onion flavor still on it. I don’t feel good at all. I have the receipt and order confirmation and all to prove it. I will have to go to the emergency room because of this.
Dietary restrictions: This place didn’t pay attention to a clear request to not use onions on my order. They ought to pay attention. Someone could lose their lives are become very ill for this reason.
