Majority of the employees don't listen half the time topping it off with terrible customer service and attitude. The food is okay but not worth the price dealing with non welcoming looks and scumbag attitudes. If they were a stand alone building without the traffic in a MALL setting they would go out of business. I wish 0 stars were possible.

Even for mall food standards this is place is terrible. Should’ve gotten a panini at the Italian place. Would’ve been cheaper and much more edible. Like wow, you’d have to go out of your way to make food this crappy.

I wish I would have read reviews before I Ordered my food. Very bland and watery. Wasted $13 plus. Absolutely the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. DO NOT ORDER OR GET FOOD FROM HERE!!

I went here today and got rice and chicken for $10. I forgot to get the fried shrimp so I went back and asked how much for just a side of shrimp and one lady told me $8 and another told me $10. How is a combo with rice and chicken the same price as just a side of shrimp? Never coming back.

Food quality and quantity has declined with the addition of a slight price increase. That I can tolerate but one of the woman workers is always rude. Today was it for me. I asked her to repeat herself (i.e. I’m sorry and put my ear closer in an honest effort to understand her), while my head was turned she rolled her eyes and looked at the other worker. I kindly educated her on etiquette in America in case she wasn’t aware and proceeded on. I won’t be back and based on the other negative ratings, many others won’t as well.
Update: 6/28 last night I started feeling queasy. I was up half the night with food poisoning. I feel disgusted. Never again. The honey chicken had an off taste but it’s allergy season and my sense of smell isn’t as strong so I ignored it. No respect and now unsafe. Now it makes sense why the line isn’t long anymore. I’ll go to the other spot across the foot court next time I stop!

Their food is terrible. Disgusting. I can’t believe they are allowed to serve what they make. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from here, it will be a waste of money!

I would give a 0 star if I could. On May 3, 2024, I have experienced horrible customer service. The three girls that were working there were terribly rude to my husband and I. They seem to be teenagers. They gave off “I don’t care” attitudes and they were rolling their eyes while shrugging their shoulders. My husband asked if he could sample orange chicken before he buys it. They told him no and couldn’t give him a reason for it. Why would someone purchase food with no refunds without testing it? I asked where the manager at and the girls started giggling, speaking in their native language and said that he was outside. My husband and I patronized this establishment before and had a pleasurable experience with the older employees and when the food was good. We will not return since we were made a mockery from three young girls that clearly look like they need their job.
Inedible! So greasy the takeout bag was covered in nothing but more grease. Orange chicken has no flavor. Not even a hint of spice. What a waist of money. Going straight to the trash ?

What a disappointment. This is my first and last time to eat here. I ordered the Honey Chicken and fried rice and a spring roll. The spring roll is tasty and the Pepsi is good. That's it. The fried rice is bland. The Honey Chicken is bland and a little mushy. I think I'm eating Saturday's leftovers. By the way this restaurant is open at least this afternoon even though it's a Monday. It says online that it is closed.

I would eat literally anywhere else. The food was awful! The Lo Mein was dripping with grease and really bland. Plus the orange chicken was a really strange color and the lady wasn’t friendly. There’s a lot of reviews about food poisoning so I’m a little concerned.
