Absolutely DISGUSTING. I ordered a bourbon chicken with lo mein from there and I had my stepdad taste it. He couldn't eat it and said it was nasty. I thought he was joking. When I came home to eat the rest, I was several bites through until I felt the chicken getting chewy. I spat it out and analyzed it, finding out that it was raw in the middle and on the bottom side of the piece of chicken. I began to panic and look at all the other pieces, realizing they ALL had been severely undercooked in the middle. Like the chef put the heat so high that the outside look great but the inside was disgustingly raw. Never again. I recommend Sarku Japan if you want to get nice THOROUGHLY COOKED food. At this point, I also realized there was a slight smell of blood in the container.

What a disappointment. This is my first and last time to eat here. I ordered the Honey Chicken and fried rice and a spring roll. The spring roll is tasty and the Pepsi is good. That's it. The fried rice is bland. The Honey Chicken is bland and a little mushy. I think I'm eating Saturday's leftovers. By the way this restaurant is open at least this afternoon even though it's a Monday. It says online that it is closed.

I would eat literally anywhere else. The food was awful! The Lo Mein was dripping with grease and really bland. Plus the orange chicken was a really strange color and the lady wasn’t friendly. There’s a lot of reviews about food poisoning so I’m a little concerned.

If you're eating at a Chinese place at a mall food court, you're probably gonna order bourbon chicken or orange chicken. I can't comment on the orange chicken because I didn't order any, but the bourbon chicken was dry and was not flavorful at all. It was a real bummer.

So sometime last year I got some food from here and everything just tasted off. The rice tasted like it was old and spoiled and the texture of the chicken was odd. A few months later, I decided to give it another try because maybe it was a one time thing and after one bite of the rice and honey chicken I just ended up throwing it away. Do yourself a favor and just don’t eat from here. It’s sad because their food used to be really good.
Their customer service was TERRIBLE! Not only did they get my order wrong but they also had a terrible attitude! Don’t come to this location for Chinese food!!!

Never eat here but decided to get it for me and my toddler and we’re on day 3 of food poisoning and it seems to have gotten worse before better. I also took a dish home to my bf and he also got sick and remained sick for the past few days. If you ate here on 12/10/23 and are sick this is why. Everyone else in our family that we’re with me at the mall, ate something different and no one else got sick. I’m currently sitting up with my toddler who can’t sleep because she’s in pain..

I got myself orange chicken and pepper steak with lo mein for $12. The pepper steak was mid but the orange chicken was delicious. The lo mein was a bit too oily but tasted average. I was kind of surprised to see so many negative review. My experience was positive when it came to the service.8/10

I was craving mall Chinese takeout food. I had some yesterday while in the king of prussia mall and mistakenly thought I was going to get the same quality food at this location. I had fried rice with that shrimp with garlic sauce along with what was supposed to be spicy bourbon chicken. Not only was a chicken, not spicy, but it was old and flavorless. This is the first time in my life that I’ve ever purchased bourbon chicken that was completely bland. The rice was also mixed with a combination of old and new rice and you only know once you start eating it., I understood now why they don’t give samples which should have told me everything I needed to know because clearly people would not buy from them if they were able to taste the food prior. I wasted $13 and change, as I threw it away. I wouldn’t even offer it to homeless people. Now, also have a headache after eating some of the food and I don’t know why!

Came at 7:35 and the mall closes at 8:00. Walked up to the counter and a Hispanic woman rudely tells me, "we closed." There was still a bunch of food still in the pans, but I guess she didn't want to serve me. Won't be coming here ever again.
