McCormick & Schmick's Seafood & Steaks

We are in Baltimore visiting our daughter and it's also our anniversary. We wanted a quiet place on the water with good food. The seafood was delicious and the service was great. We really enjoyed our meal.

Been years since my friend and I had eaten at a McCormick & Schmicks but we were staying at the Pier 5 Hotel and this seemed the easiest choice. We were blown away!!! Mike, our fabulous server, was only the start of a memorable meal. The Beef Carpaccio and my crab cake were delicious ( and being from B'more I am WAY picky about my crab cakes!) Great bread, fabulous special vintages by the glass and an attentive server made this a 5+ star experience!

We celebrated a family birthday with a wonderful lunch before heading to the National Aquarium. The server, Jeremy, made it special for all of us — even with special menus that said Happy Birthday at the top. Kids menus were also a big hit for our 2 and 5 year olds. Highly recommend!

Service was not up to standards expected at this restaurant. Food was sub par. Worst experience ever had at this restaurant.

Great location and deco. I can tell this used to be a great place.
We had a big party (20+ people) at this place, they had 2-3 servers assigned to the party. Service is really subpar. Menu is fixed, not much options. Steak or fish. I had fish and it was so dry. Some other had steak. They only can serve medium! It was overcooked!
Waiters barely came in to serve water or wine.
All in all, food and service are not matching name and prices

I’ve ate here plenty of times and had a very interesting server 10/12 this past Sunday…thank god for Jennifer at the front desk and the manager that did make the situation better but I was sitting for at least 10 maybe more minutes and no one came to the table. I had to go back to the front and say hey no one has came yet and Jennifer walked with me to find her! She’s angel!!! Then the server asked me for my drink I said Amaertto and Coke which is a very easy drink and I get it there every time I come to McCormicks. She then proceeded to bring me and Amertto and lemonade I asked hmmm is that Amaertto and coke she replied “yes I asked them if this was right they said yes it is” I’ve never seen Amaertto and Coke be a yellow color but okay and I asked her to take it back now the next drink came and it looked like Amaertto but it was 10x stronger than what I’m used to. I don’t like being disrespectful to servers so instead of catching an attitude I decided to go to the bar to then realized the server wrote in the wrong drink all along. Of course Jennifer was standing there and said “don’t worry I’ll bring it to your table for you” then she talked with the manager and they got me a free drink. The server did end up apologizing but it’s still not okay based off the service I received. I’m not sure what was going on with the server as I’ve never had a bad experience here like ever but I’m deeply disappointed and disturbed. Thankfully for Jennifer (I hope I’m saying her name right as she was the hostess in all white in the front). At least the food was good!

Even though it was a fancy place - felt comfortable in touristy clothes i.e. shorts/jeans, tees, etc. Service was good. Food was delicious. Dessert had the best portions and taste!

We went for dinner before a concert and the food was spectacular. The espresso martinis were delicious and made just the way I like them. Dark with foam on top. Our sever provided us with several recommendations and she was spot on. We liked everything she recommended. It was such a pleasurable experience. We will definitely be back.

Not what it used to be but still a solid choice. Wait staff does a good job but don't go in with high expectations and you'll enjoy.

First time at M&S in Baltimore Harbor and would definitely come back again! Everything was great, our server was wonderful, the drinks were really good and the food was spot on!

Smooth and professional from start to finish.

We were celebrating a birthday. The food was delicious and the ambiance was great for a September evening.

We enjoyed a lovely pre-theatre dinner at McCormick & Schmick's. Our server was great and the food was delicious, but the kitchen seemed to be running a little slow. We made curtain, but with a little less margin than we would have preferred.
