Always slow and they always forget an item and they're rude. Drive thru is exceedingly slow, especially lat at night. I've been known to be in the drive thru line for up to 20 minutes (between waiting to order and waiting for my food)

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to McDonald’s. I specifically asked for my food to be cooked fresh, but the employee just closed the bag and insisted it was. When I checked, the wrap was *ice cold*, the fries were terrible, and the nuggets were just as bad. It was a complete waste of my money and my time. If this is what they consider “fresh,” I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
