We ordered in drive through after leaving funeral services for a friend. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and no onions. I also ordered an apple pie with a sweet tea. My order was over $11. We drove from the Reistertown and Cold Spring location to Middle River where I reside. I am a senior citizen with a multitude of medical issues and a Moslem. After getting undressed and attempting to settle down, I began to eat my meal. No sooner had I bit into my sandwich when I tasted bacon. I was horrified. I don’t eat pork because of health issues and even more importantly because of religious beliefs. Over the next 3 hours I called the store with no answer. I dialed the store 14 times in succession finally and still got no answer. I wasted money and time. My life was jeopardized and my voice was not heard. It’s my intention to check into what legal action that I can take.

There is no greeter or cashier they don't listen to you they .look in your face when you calling them saying excuse me Miss or sir nobody answers this sucks for personal service

In this restaurant I ordered 3 boxes for children and the Milk chocolate was expired. They are irresponsible and cannot see the expiration of the product.

I was completely ignored, but I wasn't bothered by it. I just headed over to Burger King across the street. The cashier there was friendly.

Why have two drive-thru lanes if you all can’t manage them both? Especially during morning rush. People are just trying to get to work on time after leaving 40 minutes early to ensure they avoided this very thing.
