Went to this McDonald's today on Reisterstown Rd since I was in the area. They wanted to charge me 5 cents for a bag. I told the girl that I wasn't paying 5 cents for a bag. It's ridiculous for stores to charge for a bag. I will not go there again just robbing people. SO MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!!

This McDonalds is TRASH. I ordered through door dash and my dasher was sitting outside for 35 minutes just for them to say they don’t have my order. I drove down to the McDonalds which defeats the purpose of the dasher and they wouldn’t even listens to what I had to say. They need new staff. I will NEVER EVER order from here

I have eaten at McDonald's a bunch of times but this particular location is a good one. The manager got me my food in a hurry and with a smile. Despite the trash talk about fast food, they have the best hot fudge sundae and the coffee wasn't bad either.

I ordered through doordash and I asked for no pickles no salt on my quarter pounder the fries were not hot none of the food was hot like it seems like they are in a rush and I will not be getting nothing through dining take out drive through or door dash from this McDonald's again and I'm a manager at another McDonald's and this is bad customer bad job on taking care

Drive thru SUCKSSSS!!! We waited in line for 10 minutes before getting to the speaker to give our order. The gentleman was nice. But, once we made it to the second window to retrieve our food..it was cold once they handed it to my husband. Nope, I can't with that particular establishment.

It's listed online as 24,hour location, but didn't open untill 7am on the 26th of December, like I get was day after Christmas but why wouldn't open at least 5:am like thousands of other locations
