When I pulled up to place my order, the employee asked me to “hold on for a second.” I waited patiently literally about three minutes before I started speaking. I explained my order slowly and clearly, including the fact that I needed two separate orders. Still, both orders were rung up together. When I got to the window, I was told nothing could be changed because everything had already been entered as one. I let it go, assuming the employee was under pressure since the place seemed busy. But then things got worse. I was charged for extra ingredients that showed up on the receipt but were never added to my food. I was also charged for two large fries I never ordered, which added over $10 to my total. I’m not the type to make a scene, especially with a long line of cars behind me, but these mistakes made the experience extremely disappointing. For a brand as well known as McDonald’s, I expect enough staff or at least properly trained staff to avoid issues like this. 👎🏼

Only two, 12/19/23 7:50 am I arrive to the store to pick up Movil order in the drive th Waiting to long never to long Decide to inside my food they give to other client,12/4/25 I visited again fast service but only give one napkin in my meal, how much I have to pay xtra for more napkins.

Terrible cant get a order right from one window to the next then charges me seperately for everything when I asked for the meal the charges me for extra barbecue which I didnt ask for then I get to the window I tell the guy it supposed to be honey sauce. So he hands me three more sauce I get home and its barbecue sauce again ridiculous

Worst “service” I’ve ever had at McDonald’s, which is saying something. Placed a mobile order at this location because it’s 24 hours. Pulled up to a line of cars not moving; one by one giving up and driving off. Finally got up to the speaker box only to be met with silence for several minutes. Decided just to pull around and found no body in site. Knocked on the window and when a worker finally approached, the only thing she said was “we’re closed” and walked away. (24 hr location, multiple people inside, but no one’s working and it’s closed…?) Tired to explain I was already charged for my mobile order and I just needed to cancel and refund at this point. Would not help when asked how I cancel the order and get a refund. It’s been getting worse over the years, but I’m finally done with McDonald’s.

Always too many people inside. Too many non English speaking workers. Always having an issue with mobile orders vs. what’s in the store. It’s not my fault that I ordered something on the app and now the store doesn’t have it and the store can not give me a refund. Work on your app and store being in sync. Too many kids or people just sitting not getting anything. And again why is every worker not speaking English , I’m a foreigner, I had to learn English as my second language and I’m great at it.

One of the worst customer service location , doesn’t matter what time you come . You’ll always be disappointed here. Evening or night when it’s not busy hours you will be waiting at drive through for long time . Management need a lot of attention at there staff please.🙏🏼
So I was at this McDonalds at 5:30 in the morning pulled to the 2nd speakers while 2 people waited at the other speaker and as I’m waiting they had abt 4 or maybe 5 other cars pull up and where all waiting to have our orders took and out of no where 4 cars got the orders took from speaker 1 and speaker 2 had let the guy in front of me go so your telling me if u pull to speaker 2 your are less prioritized at this location and I mind u we all sat at the speakers from 5:30 to 5:45 before I had to leave and start heading to work I will not be waking up early no more and bring my business to this location no more it’s full of nothing but bad ignorant people who don’t care about the customers they just care about getting there day over with and doing the most bare minimum job they can during they day they don’t care about the thing you have to do never again will I go back to this location at all it’s always been horrible and today has been the final straw there is always a problem at this location AWAYS I go here most every morning before work to grab what I hope is a quit bite to eat but they can’t even handle 2 people at the window in the morning it’s ridiculous

The best McDonalds I been at ✨️✨️. The food was very fresh and I think it was freshly made. It was very tasty! And the service was very nice. The server and the person behind counter was very polite and nice. I never had a great experience at McDonalds like this. I want to visit this same location again one day. I got the breakfast bagel with egg and bacon. Fresh egg and the bagel wasn't that hard and pretty chewy. Loved it! Recommend 100%. I dont review restaurants much. But I felt like this one deserves one!
