They always forget food in bag and my wife and kids won't eat cheese on there burgers and when I order it they can never get it right they always put cheese on and always disregard how the order is they just put a regular already made burger in bag. Instead of making it how we order it I've been going there for years and it's so much worst now. My wife and kids won't eat with cheese so now we drive a little further and go to another McDonald's. If you don't like your order as they make it regular then don't go to this McDonald's

I drove to this McDonaldâs and was driving though the drive through the guy told me they was doing a shift change and it would be a 30 minute wait I said ok and waited in the parking lot for 40 minutes just for him to say the same thing I just wanted some breakfast and everything is closed at this time

These people have no customer service. I ordered food asked for sauce. I was told I had to pay for it. I gave 1.75$ and was given 4 sauces. So I asked how much are the sauces the manager lady said .30. Ok well I should get more sauces then. I said let me give you 5 cents more and make it an even 6 they said no. What is the issue with giving out sauce? Paying customer paid for food paid for sauce!? Iâm confused as why people are so miserable inexcusable and gives a bad name to your store I had no attitude I gave zero reason. Stuff like that makes me assume the issue is something different. Maybe my skin tone wasnât their preference. But that wonât help you learn simple elementary math. 1/2/25 around 3pm please someone correct this managers behavior before someone just as miserable comes through and causes a Baltimore City scene

The McDonaldâs at 3223 Washington Boulevard has been there a long time and hasnât always been very pleasant but itâs made a lot of changes and itâs actually a pretty decent McDonaldâs to eat or have delivered. Iâm not a big McDonaldâs for fast food visitor but they are very efficient and pretty clean there. There are four kiosk you can order at instead of dealing with an actual person. I like that option very much.
The drive-thru window literally dropped ALL MY DRINKS IN MY LAP! It STAINED, SOAKED AND DESTROYED the interior of a RENTAL TRUCK that now I'm going go get CHARGED FOR!!! They didn't even offer to compensate the order for me. Completely unprofessional, ghetto and UNACCEPTABLE!

Finally decided after served serval bad orders to post. The patties meat for Big Mac has been dried out over cooked like dehydrated not fresh at all the build of the Big Mac has not been good low quality 2 all beef patties special sauce lettuce pickles on a fresh sesame seed bun IS NOT what they throw together. Donât expect extra sauce and if you order extra on pretty much anything itâs never been added. Twice the choicken 20 pcs chicken nuggets have not been completely cooked. As for the drive Thru CHECK YOUR BAGs before leaving the window. Items are either missing or not even prepared correctly. Taste your drink Soda drinks are overly or under carbonated depending on day you go in or they donât give you right flavor or drink tasted mixed with other flavor. Very Bad Quality has become the normal lately for this location.
