I hope this coments help other to not come to this macdonald! This is horrible coustomer service. The employee ignoring you when you asked for something I asked for my receipt and I never get it. Why you like being waiting for my order I seen other customer asking for some items and they never getting him back one of them has to get raise her voice .

Now they are denying receiving mobile orders. I'm not sure what kind of scam that is but if there were a prize for worst McDonald's in America this one would win. They are constantly out of multiple menu items (not just ice cream). It's filthy and God forbid you have to go inside for anything. It's almost funny. But,it's not.

The guy at the window had no clue what was going on. Had my order screwed up. Tried to give me someone elses drinks. Usually don't have issues at this location. But the guy at the window needs more training imo.

I ordered from the app and went to pick up my order. The doors were locked . This was lunchtime on 9/11/25. I was still charged for my order even though I couldn’t pick it up. I reached out to corporate and they said I had to go into the store to talk to a manager. In the app, I can’t even see it in my orders. But I see it on my credit card statement.

Edit: I don’t know how to reply to McDonald’s comments, but I had submitted that form last week and they just said it has to be done by the local McDonald’s. But I can’t get anyone by phone there and I don’t really want to go into the restaurant.
