Placed an order on the app and made sure this location was open. Drove up there to find 20 bullet holes in the menu with a robot telling me “Will you be using the mobile app today?”. Nobody was in the store but there was a Taco Bell bag that someone had just ordered from doordash. All the computers were on, they just didn’t wanna work or they were hiding from gunshots.

I apologize to the staff because they were ABSOLUTELY nice and wanting to be there for the customers BUT the drive thru window has OVER 20 BULLET holes in it. This scared my grandkids including me. This is not our area we have visited before and trust just trust ..I will not again.

I stopped in Dec 14 around 4-5PM for a 10 pc McNugget via the $3 deal on the app. The cashier took a minute to come from the back but it appeared they were prepping to go and drive thru orders. The cashier was extremely kind and the nuggets were fresh. I was in and out in less than five minutes. 10/10 experience. Shout out to whoever that cashier is, they were super kind.

December 13th, 2024, I stopped by the drive thru at approximately 630 am, and I encountered one of the rudest employees ever. Never greeted me nor offered any form of courtesy towards me. I ordered a frappe, and her response was, “we don’t have any frappes.” Never said another word to me. The manager is probably helpless to these type of employees, but it needs to be addressed. Not a pleasant experience at all.
