Went to the closest mcdonalds to me i have gone here some times. Everytime there is an issue, they don’t take my order right, or they give me the wrong products. Those were some issues but today it became too much. At first they gave me my food compleatly raw than after i went back for a refund which they gave me and replacement food but that food was also raw.

I mean food is just McDonalds, nothing new. It's OK for what it is. Definitely took longer to get my order than other franchises. After I ate I tried using the restroom and it was locked. They said that the bathroom isn't for public use.
I asked what about paying customers. The person at the register said no, that earlier there was even an altercation with the manager for not having bathrooms available. Definitely other McDonald's you can go to.

I made a mobile order and they said it never went through. I showed my receipt to prove I paid for my food and they told me the app was different. I saw other people getting their food from the app. But mine was somehow lost. They told me to take the Lost.

I wrote a review 3 months ago and I really must report that my beef has been rectified completely!!!! There is a new morning mgr. X2 and they are great. My order is ready when I walk in the door. They are familiar with me. It's nice to be known by staff. If they need improvement it's in the evening and afternoon. It is sometimes slow and know one mans thee cash register.
