Kid-friendliness: When I got to the drive-thru , The lady took her time to took my order, When I got to the first window, she was eating gum , And she was doing FaceTime, She also charged me $0.05 cents Bag fee, When the only thing I got was an iced coffee, When I pull up to the second window, the guy took five minutes to make my ice coffee, When he handle me the iced coffee, All the vanilla syrup Was in the bottom he didn’t mix it, and when I asked him to do it, He handle me a spoon , This is the worst Customer service ever I have never seen an employee is doing this type of things, This McDonald need to replace employees, horrible service

They are very slow dealing with customer service I paid for my food and haven't received it at all the waiting was to unbelievable to long to wait so I just left very poor service how do I get my money back...

I was not served, the self-service machine did not work.

Ordered a sausage McMuffin but please remove the sausage and ADD EXTRA ROUND EGG. They didn't do that.
Ordered a bacon egg mcgriddle but please REMOVE THE BACON AND ADD EXTRA ROUND EGG TO THE FOLDED EGG ALREADY THERE. So WHY WOULD YOU REMOVE THE FOLDED EGG???It wouldn't have mattered if I just said egg mcgriddle add extra round egg would it?? How could you mess up an order that bad? How hard can it possibly be to follow customers instructions?? Don't order from here please you guys.

The Health Department and OSHA needs to monitor this location since management doesn't take things seriously.
Parking: Improper glove use (not changing gloves) , Improper temperature holding for products, cross contamination, no hairnets, dirty uniforms for all staff. Not covering mouths when coughing, cell phone use, not washing hands, sweeping with the same gloves to prepare sandwiches.

Ordered 2 happy meals and a bacon quarter pounder and when I got my food there was no bacon in my burger and only had 1 happy meal the lady giving me my food payed no attention to me and when i asked abt my food she said that’s all you paid for and said go around and order again. Check your bags if you go here check your bags and what they charge you for
