Mid at best. Hashbrowns were lukewarm and not hot, has an operable street-facing service window but makes you come inside to the cramped vestibule to pick up mobile orders and will send you back into the vestibule to pick it up instead of just handing it to you at the main counter if you just so happy to go all the way inside. Not very impressed and will probably not patronize again.

It was in a dirty area and I felt uncomfortable the whole time. The staff also felt as if they didn't want to be there. It's reasonable but still annoying

There's only two tables. Two double sided kiosks. People who work here don't like serving white people. Saw someone get passed over 5 times before they let them order. Seen disabled people with walkers get attacked here. Too small of a space to order and get food without accidentally bumping into people. Seen cashiers refuse to accommodate people.
I talked to the manager, she was great at listening to my thoughts on the situation. The manager is the only good thing here.
Employees don't know how to treat paying customers. They treat pandhandlers better than their customers.
In my opinion, this place needs to be shut down for the good of the community. Ain't even safe to be on the sidewalk of this store. Avoid at all costs.
I would love to talk to a District Manager about these experiences.
Because if our community is going to get any better, everyone has got to treat humans as humans, and humanely at that.
Kid-friendliness: I would not bring a child here ever.
Wheelchair accessibility: None. Steps make it awkward and hard to form a line.
