They won’t give u all ur food

This review is based on several occasions where I have either order food and picked up the food had the food delivered went to this location and ordered my food and waited to receive my order. Each and every time the order has either been messed up in one way or another cold and for the amount of money that I have spent on myself and family it is not worth the poor service that is provided. For the life of me I don't understand how this McDonald's is still operating. It most definitely be privately owned. By the appearance and actions of the employees a managers included you can't tell that they have received any customer service training. I am embarrassed and appalled for the establishment alone. The owner of this establishment should hide their head under a rock out of the embarrassment that his employees represent him/her. For example the employees not only mock the customers they talk amongst each other about the customers they make noises their rude to the customers they talk back to the customers it's appalling. Like I said I witnessed this and I've taken apart in and truthfully it's embarrassing for the customer and the young employees to witness such poor behavior. This is especially coming from someone as myself that's worked in customer service for 30 years. I have never in my entire life witness such awful behaviors presented by adults over the age of 18. I'm talking about adults; grown women that should be ashamed of themselves for the unruly public behavior. They present themselves as employees on McDonald's. Lol.what a joke!! These adults are supposed to show leadership for the younger generation. There must be infractions imposed upon those in authority to be disciplined for such poor behavior. I would definitely would not have my young adult child work at this establishment especially if this was their first place of employment due to the fact that they may think that this is how all establishments run their business. Trust and Believe that I have thought long and hard about posting this review but someone had to do it. I can only hope that's some good would come out of this review and management start from the beginning making it a positive experience when dealing with this establishment.

I was ordering at the drive throw I want to the window to pick up the food and I saw one of the employees fixing a drink for delivery and he took sip out of it and cover it up and put up for the customers to be delivered

I asked for no bag, because for whatever reason this McDonald’s charges for bags. They still charge you and then avoid giving you the receipt. Then give you an attitude when you start asking questions.

The owner or manager of this location is charging people $3 for one hash brown. That is unreal. I have noticed that in areas like this, businesses come in and price gouge, taking advantage of the people in the community. Three dollars for one hash brown is simply not okay.

We have to stop supporting places like this. They will continue to overcharge as long as people keep spending money there. What they are charging here is not what you would pay at a regular McDonald’s, and that is not fair. You can go to the store and buy a whole box of hash browns for the price they are charging for just one. We deserve better. Do not let these businesses keep taking advantage of us.

I did order yesterday Saturday 2 hot cake 2 hash brown and 2 apple pie and them missing 2 hash brown and one apple pie that’s terrible service my kids was cryen cause this people don’t care the costumers
