Absolutely worst McDonald's around. They are extremely slow. I constantly wait over 15min or I just pull off. It's the closest to work for me so not many other options. Needs new management. And double quarter pounder is never cooked fully. Constantly raw. You'd think after 15-20min wait it would be fully cooked. Use caution going here.

Ordered 10 nuggets, cashier types 6 nuggets on the receipt. They make the order with 10 nuggets but check the receipt. They take it back and give 6 nuggets. Also, it took 7 minutes for the food to come out. Sometimes the staff is good, but other times it’s just high school students trying to make some quick money without doing hard work.

I'm not surprised pretty much any McDonald's I ever been to and I'm saying this this is a lot but the percentage of the ones that aren't on this category of the few but this one in particular not very good service or very good hygienic up to policy restroom the food was not great and I'm not nitpicking I can only tow the truth because you never have to rehearse the truth.

I go here basically almost every morning to get breakfast cause it’s the closest thing to my job but I am tired of the fact that the people who work there always have bad attitudes mostly the ones who are by the windows taking your orders or taking payments if you do not like your job honestly, why work at it people go to McDonald’s with good Attitudes and receive horrible attitudes from workers there which make our days go bad because they wanna have an attitude and give it to people who are actually having a good day and I feel like that’s not proper customer service

Today I had the pleasure of being yelled at in the drive through of this Mc Donald’s. It was approximately 2:15 pm and the doors were locked and I went through the drive through for multiple orders. One was a DoorDash order and the other was a personal order. The Young lady told me that I had to come inside and I had replied that the doors were locked and she yelled the doors are open and she went on yelling about how the doors were open. I’m sure if the cameras were working it would had showed me pulling on both doors to enter this establishment. Once I came in she didn’t say anything to me and when I asked for the manager she walked away ignoring me. Whatever happened to customer service? I refuse to patronize people who don’t appreciate my money. If you don’t like your job you should quit. I believe she was the manager because she had a gray shirt on and the head set.

AppallingService: A lady with red hair treated me in a bad way, throwing my food at me and serving me the wrong order just because I corrected her that my two frappe were large when she told meHe gave them small ones, he did them in a bad way, giving them to meSomething very liquid and throwing them away I told her that I wanted a special sauce to which she replied that each sauce was worth 1 dollar!!! It was the first time I heard that and I was willing to pay for the sauce but he didn't even want to sell it to me and he simply ignored me. I think this was a great lack of respect towards me and in part it was racist on their part, I hope this does not happen again and they can do something about it so they can improve customer service
