Service is slow and horrible. You will be in the drive thru for 10 minutes at the order window before someone comes and takes your order. Food comes out smelling like weed.

They were very disrespectful I paid for a 5 dollar meal and the manager didnt believe me so I showed my receipt and he still did not give me my food until a nice young man got it for me. The food was nasty and cold, there was spit on my fries and chicken nuggets and there was white stuff on mu burger. 0/10 dont go there. They kicked me out for complaining!!!

Ordered a 20 piece nugget along with a large 2 cheeseburger meal. As you can see they gave me 16 nuggets and less than half a large fry. And no they didn't fall out in the bag. Sadly I'm not surprised. Kinda the norm for this location. I usually check but was in a hurry to get back to the hospital.

It took at least 10 minutes at the drive thru before even a word was said back to us, after the very long wait it took an additional 15-20 minutes to receive a single happy meal, only a happy meal. And to top it off the meal was cold.

I drove through about 8pm ordered 2 cheeseburgers, fries and a lg lced tea. Long line but only about 15 minutes. So great.

Not only was there black stuff in the ice when I said no ice, the customer service was nice enough. However, this McDonald's is following the trend that I never cared for and will probably make me stop going to this franchise. Theres a trend to make all of their restaurants corporate and cold, and in comparison to when I was young and play places were almost a staple, it just makes me sad.

All of the tables were dirty and the food quality doesn't match the price point anymore. I tried to wipe down one of the tables myself but there were no self serve areas for me to even get a napkin and some water. The workers have to do everything, and I'm sure for the wage they're getting, it's clear they're overworked already. I understand it's a way to save money, but at what cost?

I think the order kiosks have also come at a price of not having as much customer interaction, so when I tried to ask for a wet napkin or something to wipe down the table, it didn't translate well at all. I ended up getting some from my car and some water from the bathrooms because the sanitizer machines were empty. The workers were kind and friendly, but they were so busy trying to juggle everything, that other tasks were blatantly falling through the cracks. Food took forever to get to me and for a high price point that McDonalds is not shy about, that's not the business model I'm use to.

Fast food is suppose to be the quick and cheap way to a semi decent meal. With this experience, I might start echoing what my Mom use to to tell me when I urged her to stop at McDonald's and say to my self "We have McDonald's at home".

Was trying to pick up a doordash order. One frappe. They took a ridiculous amount of time. Other dashers were there waiting for their food. It wasn't even ready. Had to cancel. Workers were all in the back not doing their job, just chatting away.
