A lot of people playing making it like a park throwing bottles, using scooter and bike roaming around no one stopping them. I waited 45 minutes on curbside. I went in told me they are preparing the food which is been sitting there no one minding to bring it out. They were not busy no customer on table only drive thru. Never coming back to this place.

This is an absolute joke of a location. The worst service I have ever experienced at ANY restaurant ever. 30 minutes for one single drink. Highly recommend going 10 minutes down the street to the Towson location. Avoid at all costs

The worst mcdonald’s in the entire city…I live literally at the light so i go there frequently for my kids and since we bought our house here every single visit either something was missing or order completely wrong…..The other reviews aren’t wrong i legit sat in line for 25 mins for 2 happy meals and a sweet tea…Just go to wendy’s or popeyes

If you’re going to close the doors at 8 pm for counter pickup you should set that in the app. Ordered food for my kid via the app and my child couldn’t get what was ordered because he walked to the store and I never got a refund!
I sat in the drive through for 20 min… then I get the food and the food is cold. Not only that , the drinks taste like sparkling water instead of sprite. So I had to sit another 20min in the drive through for them to remake my drinks because ofcourse the inside is closed. The girl at the drive through with the red hair was awesome at fixing the issue but …..the wait was just ridiculous

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Very rude staff i went to pick up my order & they told me that someone already picked up my food they refused to give me a refund or remake my order then they told me “get out of my store” Absolutely ridiculous and that was after waiting 30 minutes to even be spoken to wait times are ridiculous. This place needs to be shutdown. I wish i could give 0 stars
