Sunday evening using app to order, about 5 minutes wait for 1 hamburger and 2-six pack nuggets. Probably the most moist burger I’ve ever had in years from MacDonald’s. Staff are busy making everybody’s order non stop and know what they are doing. Glad we stopped by before our flight back to west coast.

Took a really long time and people were leaving because it was to slow and about miss their flights. The ranch and spicy rap wasn’t cooked and had no taste. And more expensive than other McDonald’s for bad quality .

2025: We go through BWI twice a year and I usually get something from McD's. The last couple of times the wait time has definitely improved. But, the atmosphere/interaction with the employees is disheartening. No eye contact, nothing but the bare minimum of communication, difficulty understanding.

2023: Line extends out into main walkway and only one cashier. Orders incomplete and mixed up. Employees confused. Food unavailable already at 10:30. Sales could be at least double at this location.

Mannnn my burger was made all sorts of wrong and there wasn’t even any lettuce no ketchup and cheese looked deceased I was scared to eat it but they lucky I was hungry because I would have never ate it

The service I experienced at this place was HORRIBLE! Rude staff and “management”.
I couldn’t believe it. The manager was walking around rolling her eyes, complaining about customers asking for jelly. The employees were literally arguing with customers as if they wanted to fight. The service was extremely poor and slow. The food was stale.
I’ve never in my life experienced anything like it before. To put the icing on the cake, people were asking about the order of the numbers being called since they were going from 1693 to 202, and they had the nerve to start yelling “if you don’t want to wait, get a refund”.

Go somewhere else. Anywhere else in the airport would be a better option than this.
I’m not sure who’s running this establishment overall- but do better!!!

25 minutes for a large fry and a kids meal. Rude staff. Go to any of the other restaurants near by for a better experience

New House

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. After not eating anything for the entire day through delays just to wait in a line for 1:15 minutes to find out that the employee’s refuse to serve me. As far as I am told I had no idea that they prioritize mobile orders to people who wait in a line for hours at 1am just to get a bite. There were maybe 20 people in line unaware of this who’ve been waiting just as long as I have. And though they would like you to use the app, the app is non-functional itself! On top of that the workers don’t give you heads up on the situation, just ignoring the many people waiting for food. Terrible, just terrible, please fix this next time I visit a McDonalds if I even do after this experience.

The food was executed perfectly — truly the best McDonald’s burger we’ve had. The manager runs a tight ship, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. This stop definitely set a great tone for our trip. Thank you!
