This McDonald’s is 1 star away from being a Fallout Shelter.

I asked for a McGriddle with the pork patty out of it and she took everything out 😭😂

The cashier lady with sideburns and rectangle glasses needs to be fired(she wasn’t wearing a nameplate so I can’t name her). Nobody should be that sour in the morning. All of us in line literally watched her snatch food away from a customer because he thought she called his number. I almost laughed a little because of how aggressive she yanked the food away like they were low on Rations. just tell him it’s not his LOL

I promise being polite goes a long way. Yall can hire anyone and they could get better reviews than the staff now.

Location: A/B food court. Mcchicken? More like QuickChicken! Service was lightning fast. Got to the airport with maybe 25 minutes to spare, super busy day and I didn't eat breakfast or lunch, it's after 3pm and i needed something to hold me over through a 2+ hour flight. McDonald's for the win, Ole reliable, cheap and easy.

The smallest chicken sandwich ive ever received from an airport for an inflated price. Ill pay more just give me what I paid for. Ugh

This McDonald’s will not give you a cup of water. They will gladly sell you a bottle of water for two-fitty. That’s enough to earn a 1 star review for sure!

Today I ordered food using my mobile app , my pickup up was from the food court on “A” pier . The front line employees were so rude to me . Stating that I could not have my drink until my order was ready . I asked for extra napkins because my tea was overfilled & leaking , I was told “no”. She also stated that she won’t get a raise if she hands out free things . This was an awful experience for me ! Poor customer service .

The women here have a terrible attitude overnight. Along with the attitude the food isn’t prepared as you ask. Everytime I ask for no pickles they don’t give me onion and God forbid you tell them they made a mistake. Horrible service

Bad customer service I had to come back from where I will be onboarding because they got my order wrong and she was like well throw it in the trash she ask for a new one and mess it up and what kitchen did lift one of the fish and grab a new one but while they had removed instead of making a 3 rd one it looked messy and it was missing a piece of fish in the center
