Made the mistake of getting a McRib and ended up getting severe food poisoning from it. Should’ve trusted my instincts as the after taking the McRib out something seemed off. Onions tasted funny and the meat didn’t look right. Great way to ruin my trip.

Food was McDonald’s, fine, but the woman with the red hair was incredibly rude. Shouting at customers “let’s go” and deciding that they were closed at 9:45.

I’ve never been so disgusted with the service rendered at the BALTIMORE AIRPORT McDonald’s. I ordered my food today and as I was waiting on my fries a worker walked out infront of customers with both hands in his pants where his crotch is, I than told the manager I do not want him touching my food as both his hands were in his pants, her response to me was he’s not going to touch your food!!! If that’s not a health code violation I don’t know what is. I threw the fries out .I cannot believe the managers response nor the action of the workers working in food service. My advice, DONOT eat there who’s to say what other unsanitary things they are doing that we are not aware of… Two thumbs down.

Hours are incorrect and talk to the customers in a very rude tone. Someone for a corporate office needs to be here at 3 am to see how they respond.

I know people are in a hurry here but whatever happened to common courtesy!!! Nothing like Chick-fil-A where they say "it's my pleasure" Don't go here if you want to be treated humanely!!!!

Got here a little early at the airport, so i was glad to see they had a 24 hrs mcdonald's. I saw someone sitting there with food so it confirmed that hey they are open. i dont even get to the front counter and they shout at me "WE ARENT OPEN MAAM" and another one goes "CANT YOU SEE THE LIGHT IS OFF??" yes, yes i can. i can see the light is in fact ON, while other restaurants are pitch black. if you want to go to a mcdonald's where you are treated like an idiot go here. If your hours aren't 24/7, update your maps. i normally do not want to leave mean reviews because i have worked food service and i know it's hard, but that behavior was very disappointing from a McDonalds. Would rather wait til i get to my destination to eat than go here. So i go to a seating area to clear my head of what just happened. when i am ready to walk to my gate, i walk past the mcdonald's and they immediately start making comments and laughing at me. I know it was at me since i was the only one walking that way. It was very sad for them honestly. I didn't listen to any of it, not worth my time. Do not go here if you want food, they'll make sure to make fun of you to your face.

The workers here are SO MAD at everyone..WHY???? I didn't make them mad....yet the act mad at me. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The hours ar the BWI mcdonalds at concurse D are at 5AM. At about 4:50AM, we were the first, in the line and the workers saw us. At 5:05 am there is a line and thr workers saw us and the ling forming behind us. No words to let us know when they were opening and thst their systems were down. At 5:10, a woman in line asked what was happening, and they said they only had mobile ordering and no cash register was working.
It is now a mad scramble to download and for them to even put sandwhiches together. It seems like they were unprepared to talk to humans in real time. Listen i get running behind, but you have to commubicate with people sp we can mamke educate choices.
Edit: they handed us such light colored coffee, I questioned if it was ice tea. Clearly, didnt brew it long enough. Honestly, they clearly were not prepared to open at 5am. Perhaps it would be best they change hours of operation to 6 am or whatever time their staff feals they can start working and give actual customer service.

It was in the airport. Wait, time for orders was too long. Everyone's order, including mine, was wrong. Untrained staff. Only had two employees that knew what to do.

I went to this mc donalds right inside the airport and they're always slow i place the order around 10 am and pick it up around 10 58 am and it took me long time for a mobile order and just a single coffe they need kind of speed up
