I worked overnight last night I came at 2:06 am to get food but I was told by the night time supervisor that I have to come back at 4am. I am back its 4:16 and I was the first on the line there is a very long line and its only two workers and the same manager who refused to open the store . She has long black and red braids , and glasses . She is extremely rude , allowed the other workers to make fun of the ppl in the line saying we should have brought breakfast on the bus. Now I can hear everything they are saying . At this point this McDonalds has a big reputation to uphold and this is bringing it right down to the ground. Especially in an airport. There is no proper management, the workers have no etiquette. Now they gone to the back and let the line wrap around the hall. This location is screaming for help its extremely unnacceptable especially in a professional environment such as this one . It’s not 4:28 the restaurant is still not open no one is in the front even prepping the food . Ridiculous and cruddy. They actually opened at 4:35 I came back to add pics of the manager who opened

Omg the people here are so rude and the food takes forever. My daughter ordered a Big Mac meal and it took a solid 20 minutes, no exaggeration, for her to receive it. And it wasn't even busy. And the workers act like your presence is an inconvenience to them as they'd rather be chatting with each other and playing on their phones. Awful experience.

Very quick service and a nice team. Airports are chaotic, so it's nice to find a spot that is simple and quick. This McDonald's was, and I appreciate any easy moment in the airport.

I had the pancake breakfast. The breakfast was good. However, the customer service was low performing as it took a long time to get the food. In fairness this McDonalds is very busy in the morning. The price for my breakfast was reasonable.

I was traveling with family and had a stop at this airport. Rather disappointed in our McDs experience! There were things going on behind the counter that were rather alarming that could result in sickness or death. I reached out to McDonalds leadership and, based on no response, they didn't seem to care. Studies show that cell phones (1 in 6) have feces (poo) on them and can have 10x more bacteria than a toilet seat. This is why I can't believe McDonald's ignored the fact that employees preparing food were not wearing gloves properly and using their cell phone while in the middle of preparing food. Please proceed with caution especially if you have children or elderly folks with you as they are most often the ones that get sick

AWFUL!! Avoid at all costs! Employees are rude and the food is inedible. Took 33 minutes for a hamburger, fries and nuggets. And they were not even busy! Go anywhere else.

Tough to be fair in such an environment. But ultimately, the food just wasn't quite up to standards. It is a cool layout though, where we can watch them cooking.They had the bagel sandwiches for breakfast, something I hadn't seen in a long time. It was the flavor I remembered, though it wasn't cooked well.They were fast enough though, I was able to duck in and get back to my concourse before the wife even noticed I was gone.Parking: It's in the middle of the airport. If you're not traveling, you're not getting in here. So parking would depend on how long you'll be gone, which airline, etc.

The crew and management working at #McDonalds #BWI Tuesday Morning, Sept 19th deserve extra praise. They were considerate and efficient while enjoying their job and each other. A rare customer service treat before a long day of travel.

I dont know why people expect food to be good at a mcdonalds. The only thing I expect is fast, which is why they call it fast food. I dont know if its just breakfast but they were HUSTLING this morning. Had a long line but it was moving so fast. Server called our number in less than 5 mins after we ordered. Prob the fastest mcdonalds ive been to with that kind of line. Mad respect to the workers there.

9/20/23 2:17 PM. Staff yelled that the line is closed, but still took people’s orders after that. Being disrespectful towards customers and just Just threw the food in someone’s bag.Really spoils the impression of the airport. Don’t order in there, this is just waste of your time.

Don’t even try to eat here unless you have a long layover. It’s not fast food, it’s pathetically slow food. And the workers could not be more apathetic.
