Why are employees 'helping' people use the kiosks? I dont want someone attending to me while I decide what to eat. The person there didn't even do it right and just added food to the cart before I could make edits. My order was missing two items and I had to go back and get them. Also, the drive through line at this location blocks cars from exiting their parking spots. Very frustrating.

Don’t order from this McDonald’s at night. It seems like when the sun goes down, they make a batch of everything and then serve it for the rest of the night. Fries and nuggets are stale and cold. Wrong sizes on items that you pay for. If you are going to go at least go in person so that you can test the food quality and make sure they gave you what you paid for. If you are ordering uber eats then good luck to you.

I usually don’t write reviews, but today stood out to me. Nykira and Destiny were Great! From the moment I walked in a I felt welcome. They made to greet everyone warmly and made sure to check on everyone in the restaurant throughout their stay. Honestly l, I haven’t had an experience like this in a McDonald’s in maybe ever haha. Good job Nykira and Destiny!

Went to this McDonald’s on 7/20/25, used my mobile app at the first window for a free fry with any soft drink. Didnt give me a receipt and pulled up to the next window to ask for my food. Claimed they didn’t have an order and asked for my receipt. I asked them to print out another one because I was never given one after being told multiple times I was wrong and after having printed out the receipt the gentlemen realized there was a coke on the receipt. All to give me just a coke after telling me I didn’t order it but paid for it but no free fry. Claimed the girl didn’t scan the mobile app but i was no longer allowed to use a deal because that was the one used. Then proceeded to call the cops because I waited at the window for the fries I had paid for… first tell you your wrong and they don’t know what your talking about, then realize their wrong and still not make up for the mistake. Horrible service and on top of everything all the drinks were flat. The gentlemen working that night deserves to be fired after finally pulling out my phone to record the situation then threatens me again.

Fastest McDonald’s I’ve been in. I literally ordered my food in the parking lot and was already being asked what my order number was when I walked in.

Had the worst time ever. Mobile order that was just a pickup. The second window server decided to pull back my lemonade drink back into the window because I didn't greet him in a timely manner. I questioned him if I didn't respond, he wouldn't pass me my order. The manager on duty came and passed me my drink order. Of course, we went through this whole thing again with the food order. This was the worst experience I've ever had at location.

Best McDonald's in the area
Staff are nice, speak clearly, and provide a service. Very surprising compared to other McDonald's in the area. The manager and staff deserve a reward

This location is suppose to be open 24/7 this is the 3rd time I’ve came to this location around 4 am and the employees refuse to serve anyone by saying they are “closed”. The owner of this location is losing money because he is paying employees to not serve anyone because they don’t feel like doing anything. When I pulled up there was two employees sitting in the lobby eating. and I sat at the drive thru for 5mins until someone came to the intercom just to tell me they are closed. Ridiculous.
