Countless times, i have come to this location and ordered through the drive through, and have gotten the incorrect order. It has now reached the point where I cannot justify coming back to this mcdonalds, knowing that I'm spending money to only get a 30% chance of receiving what I actually ordered. Do not come to this location. There is another mcdonalds further down baltimore national park that is more consistent in giving you what you ordered.

Mobile order...held up line due to staff were unable to get a copy of the receipt. Pulled up to next window for the receipt and order, and w/o any notice an arm was thrust out of the window towards me. The face was sideways and no speech. I reach for the receipt to find it very sticky. All parts of my order were thrust out of the window at me from the make on duty. I was given a mumbled, "good day". Went home to eat, only to find I was short the piece of meat in my sandwich. CC called number on line...no answer. Called customer support and Customer care manager told me I have to return in 24 and speak with someone and give her name to get a replacement...I was not near home when I made this purchase...the gas used is costing more than the sandwich.

Speed of service was good food was good just one problem they don't wear head nest they don't wear hats hair fall on your food you can have them runs cross contamination runny eyes you're going to have stomach aches you're going to have runny nose same as your hands pop you going to get the same illness just need to be addressed right away

It seems they're kicking off a few 5$ meal deals,cool not for me personally,but serves assistance on errand day
Wheelchair accessibility: Low curbs at handicap parking area
Went in late night about 10PM with my husband and daughter (4 yo). Sean and another young man with braids were so pleasant and helpful and they took good care of us and our daughter especially, they were very kind. I hope management rewards them!

It is a lie that this place is 24 hours. They constantly refuse service and many people from the community have reported being refused service multiple times when they are open.
