On January 11th my family was stranded at this McDonalds because our car had broken down. The staff was so polite, and empathetic to our situation. If it had not been for Tommy and his generosity my sanity might not have made it through the night. The sheer fact that he called a friend to try and help us says a lot. With temperatures in the teens, and us being from out of State again the generosity will never be forgotten. đđđš

this mcdonaldâs has to be the worst one of them all on this side of town. They line was long in drive thru so i did mobile order pick up inside and still stood there for about 20 mins waiting for a large fries and sprite. the cashier was working drive thru and dine in along with bagging the food and taking orders they custmer service is horrible waited all that time for my fries to still be cold.

The app failed to work properly for my curbside pickup. When I went inside the store the staff quickly resolved my problem without any wasted time. This is a very good location.

The food was standard McDonaldâs quality tasty and consistent, no complaints there. However, my burger was a bit undercooked, so I had to take a point off for that. The biggest issue, though, was how freezing cold it was inside. Weâre in the middle of one of the coldest winter days, and everyone, including the staff, was wearing coats just to stay warm. Itâs really uncomfortable for customers, and honestly, I felt bad seeing the employees trying to work in those conditions. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

reading these reviews doesnât add up to me i been going to this location for over 4 years not once has the staff been rude to me always helpful and ask me if im using my app to help me save money , 2 guys that work window been there for years they need a raise there both always so kind and friendly manager is helpful when thereâs a mistake in my order (not everybody is perfect new hires i understand) and sometimes they park me but itâs worth it at the end because my food is so hot it burns my mouth this is my favorite location i have ever been too .

I ordered a caramel ice coffee with 2 splenda this morning. It was terrible! No splenda,no caramel. It was very bitter. This is not a good location. They have screwed my order up before. I won't be back.

This location takes no pride in fixing customers orders as desired. When meals have to be corrected, they make you find a space and it takes a long time for meals to be remade. Food is served lukewarm. There is no remorse or compensation from this location for making orders wrong. If another McDonaldâs was close by, we would definitely not return to this location.
