On January 11th my family was stranded at this McDonalds because our car had broken down. The staff was so polite, and empathetic to our situation. If it had not been for Tommy and his generosity my sanity might not have made it through the night. The sheer fact that he called a friend to try and help us says a lot. With temperatures in the teens, and us being from out of State again the generosity will never be forgotten. 💞💞😹
The food was standard McDonald’s quality tasty and consistent, no complaints there. However, my burger was a bit undercooked, so I had to take a point off for that. The biggest issue, though, was how freezing cold it was inside. We’re in the middle of one of the coldest winter days, and everyone, including the staff, was wearing coats just to stay warm. It’s really uncomfortable for customers, and honestly, I felt bad seeing the employees trying to work in those conditions....
reading these reviews doesn’t add up to me i been going to this location for over 4 years not once has the staff been rude to me always helpful and ask me if im using my app to help me save money , 2 guys that work window been there for years they need a raise there both always so kind and friendly manager is helpful when there’s a mistake in my order (not everybody is perfect new hires i understand) and sometimes they park me but it’s worth it at the end because my food...
