There's credit card skimmers being used at this location!!! When asked to deal with it, both the manager and the owner were extremely unprofessional. If you value your money you'll go to another location.

I Tried ordering inside instead of drive thru like I usually get. I couldn't change to In store pickup using the App. I tried to order a promotional item and I did not get my fries. I ordered this before and hit reorder but fries were not included. I was charged for the fish fillet and fries were supposed to be included. I told associate(manager maybe) who got my order and she said you got what you ordered. No I did not. Filet of fish was not hot. McFlurry was different too. I haven't ordered it in a long time and today they just put toppinig on top instead of mixing it together? I contacted customer service for a refund but it's like trying to explain what happened to someone who does not speak or understand English.

I had a really poor experience at this McDonald’s. The employees didn’t seem to care at all about customer service or time. They weren’t attentive — customers had to get their attention just to be acknowledged. Orders were clearly delayed, and I saw multiple delivery drivers waiting around while their orders weren’t even being prepared. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of urgency and coordination, especially at a fast food place. The management seriously needs to step up — this kind of service drives people away.

If I could give less then one star I would the inhumane people at this establishment is ridiculous I was refused a order due to being unaware of the restaurants restrictions and instead of being reasonable the Gm himself was rude disrespectful and loud with me I have a service animal with me and I was picking a order up in 94 degree weather they would not allow me to pick up through drive through so I ended up coming in with my service animal and because I did not no the restrictions I was refused service this establishment has some disgusting and disrespectful behavior it was so bad to the point where my service animal went into protection mode because the Gm was raising his voice at me

Everytime I come here it's always an issue. This morning, I came and ordered almost $15 worth of breakfast food.. I asked for an extra syrup for my hot cakes and sausage why the lady at the window said it's going to be an extra 33 cents. Now remind yall, they never charged me extra for syrup doing the previous times I ordered hot and sausage from there.... so automatically, I asked for a refund on my food, yesss yall wanna charge me extra for a syrup. I want a refund, then they gave me an extra syrup for free when they seen I wanted a refund... I'm not going to pay almost $15 for food and yall still trying to milk the customer out of money 🤷🏾♀️🥴. Bc baby, I could've went to the store and bought my own breakfastfood, but we as customerspay for the convenience of fastfood ... and some ppl are in the rush to take the kids to school and go to work.
