Everytime I come here it's always an issue. This morning, I came and ordered almost $15 worth of breakfast food.. I asked for an extra syrup for my hot cakes and sausage why the lady at the window said it's going to be an extra 33 cents. Now remind yall, they never charged me extra for syrup doing the previous times I ordered hot and sausage from there.... so automatically, I asked for a refund on my food, yesss yall wanna charge me extra for a syrup. I want a refund, then they gave me an extra syrup for free when they seen I wanted a refund... I'm not going to pay almost $15 for food and yall still trying to milk the customer out of money 🤷🏾♀️🥴. Bc baby, I could've went to the store and bought my own breakfastfood, but we as customerspay for the convenience of fastfood ... and some ppl are in the rush to take the kids to school and go to work.

We js got finessed we ordered 2 big breakfasts with a mc griddle and 3 frappes, when we’re picking up the food they only give us the food and then leave forgetting the drinks, we had to get out the car go to the back and remind them, THEN we get home tell me why the big breakfasts are missing THE PANCAKES how do you forget that plus one of the butters is yellow and all melty horrendous service

I’ve never in my life felt the need to leave a review for a fast food place but here we are. Let me start by saying I drive an extra 15 minutes to get to this one instead of the one 5 minutes from me. Myself and friends always order through the app and then go through the drive thru. I have never had anything go wrong with my order and the food is always spot on. Not to mention, each time the service is great, always kind and helpful. At the end of the day, it is a fast food restaurant, not a fine dining establishment, keep that in mind. Will be back, always!

Slow service and half fill fries till you say something
Just one problem with this it's just that they did not have enough people to serve the people that quickly as they did and the people's online was not wearing gloves or hairnets which means hair can get in your food o and you couldn't see if his wife and down the line for food contamination or cross-contamination

I mean, it's McDonald's.. it's not much they can do to mess up the food other than sloppiness and burnt fries, but I didn't see that here (this is the first time I've gone to this location in years though).. the service was also pretty good.. hopefully, it's like this all the time and not just during certain times.. lol
Here in this McDonald's, a loud noise doesn't work, you can't hear it, you can't understand it. Yesterday a young black woman yelled at my son, he asked for a medium Orion milkshake and gave him a large piece of candy, saying that I don't understand them, but you tell them that that doesn't work and They don't do anything about the summons, they can yell loudly at you and if you speak loudly to them, they get angry ?
