This use to be a good McDonald's. Over the last few months the staff has mostly changed. Now your lucky if someone is willing to take your order. My family stood today for 15 mins well 2 managers and one younge girl stood talking. They looked at us waiting 3 times and continued to talk. The last few times we have ordered the food is missing or not made correctly. We live a mile away and come here almost every day. Now we will be driving to a different McDonald's since they have crap customer service and our orders are made incorrectly. Such a shame. They use to be on point.

The men's room had no handle on the inside of the pull door. There was an older gentleman that couldn't get out of the bathroom. This is unacceptable.

So I just left there and my food was horrible. I ordered the double filet meal with a lemonade. The fish tastes like it was still swimming in water. It looks like they just threw a piece of fish on the bun, and slapped a cold piece of cheese on top of it. The lemonade was not jam. Taste like a cup of sugar. I don’t know why the quality of food has gone down, but it seems that I am running into this problem at every McDonalds. Please take the fish off the menu because there is no love put into the fish sandwich at all.
Best McDonalds experience I had in years! The manager is a very respectful young man and will go far in this world.

Went to this McDonald’s to get food. While waiting for almost an 1 hour for my food they gave me solid cold food. I asked them for fresh fries and nuggets they yell at me saying I always asking for hot food and they won’t serve me again for fresh food. I ordered my food on the McDonald’s app to pickup they going to tell me you need to press cook to order and I told them there was no option to say cook to order. So there is a lot of Spanish people working in there can they don’t treat no one with respect. They tell at you cause we asked for fresh food, they talk about you in there language and they think I didn’t understand what they said. And when they handed my food back they threw my food at me n my mother. Everyone don’t go to this McDonald’s they have no respect and have poor customer service.
