Making up prices and up charging as much as $1.50 on on prices where several other locations are not conducting this Fraud.September 18 today at 6:24 location store number 882This location charged me $3.19 for a small ice cream vanilla cone. When I question the manager an Afro-American black woman with a wrap around her head and an accent African, she stated that’s the cost of the combs. She refused to refund my money back and she said that is the price For a vanilla cone. When I googled the price on the website, it said between 219 or at the most 243. And that was including taxes at 2.43 called two other locations and they verified that the website was accurate. The price should be 219 taxes 243. This location is up charging $1.50 more for a small kids ice cream cone and refused to refund the money back go into the grocery store and don’t deal with this making prices up as they go. I got my receipt. I got my complaint And I’m posting.
I ordered a kids meal via the app for this location. We literally sat in line for 15 mins after I've already given my code, to the point people started zooming off and just leaving. At least 5 cars road pass, as we got up to the window they had no explanation, and didn't offer an extra fry, pie, nothing. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone, they used to ja e good service, I dont know what happened.

I cant eat or touch pork products and they gave me a bacon bagel I didnt notice until I go home I was soooo upset they did take it back and gave me what I ordered which was a stake bagel however they put it in the same bag and there was a woman in the lobby I dont know if she was selling hair or just examining hair she had purchased but its a restaurant why ‼️ they apologized but at tht point I was over it i had to wait for them to cook the food I ordered so I guess the lady with the hair was the entertainment 🥺 but definitely not impressed

On duty today at the drive through is a spanish guy taking orders and receiving payments. Doesn't understand simple English and is very rude. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. He's so terrible

I completely understand if the ice cream machine is down (which it shouldn’t be because this is a multi million dollar company) but at least take the non-available menu items off the app and make them say not available. multiple times i’ve come here and they didn’t have ice cream, apple pies or even sometimes large cups 🤦🏽. it’s honestly so disappointing that from now on i’m only taking a longer drive to a diff mcdonald’s.

Went there today the lobby was a mess, the woman’s bathroom had NO toilet paper. When I had ask my daughter to tell an employee they told her 20 minutes for toilet paper. So I told her to get some napkins and she told me they were all out of napkins. Don’t know what kind of shit show goes on in there but I’m not returning.

I have stopped into this locations often over the past few years. I don't know if they got a new cleaner or what but the dining room and bathroom has been cleaner than it has been in years. Definitely shows they care. Good job!

As a loyal customer with over 9,000 points accumulated on the McDonald’s app, I was extremely disappointed to learn that I was unable to redeem my rewards because the store’s system was down. This situation is unacceptable. There should be no point system or app promotion if customers are unable to use it conveniently when they visit your locations.
I expect better service, especially when your company encourages customers to participate in the rewards program. I hope appropriate measures are taken to ensure that customers can rely on your app and points system at all times.
never have shakes overnight then they close the store @4 when the store says 24hrs

I just had a horrible customer service experience with the Hispanic woman that was working the drive through window at the Mc Donalds on Liberty rd in Pikesville MD (across the street from Sonic) at 2am on April 9th. When I pulled up to the drive through speaker no one answered. So after a few minutes, I drove up to the window and she opened it with an attitude. I told her I wanted to place an order and she said ok, and said nothing else. I told her my order and she sucked her teeth and walked to the computer to key in my order with an attitude. I canceled my order after that because I didn't feel comfortable with her making my food with that attitude. Who knows what she could've possibly did to my food. I came right back and asked to speak to a supervisor. I man came to the window and I explained what happened. He apologized and said he would speak to her about that, but it didn't seem like he cared very much either.
I don't like the fact that too many people hang out in front of safeway on Alabama Ave SE every day. Most are up to no good. It doesn't feel safe going into the store or coming out. The police are right there, and still, they all hang out there doing whatever they are up to.
