It's McDonalds. Depending on time of day the staff is pleasant or u get those who hesitate to acknowledge you or simply won't speak. Thank yous are given sparingly. Shame now that they make a living wage!? It is what it is.

I called because they are constantly messing up orders and African guy answered the phone, was nasty hung up on me and he claimed to be the manager and says his name is frank... he needs not to be in no position at all the way he responds to customer complaints. bad part on McDonald's for hiring him. if he's not the manager he lied and if he is then he's very unqualified

I'm currently in the parking lot with a video and photo of the store dinning hours when the doors open the dining room supposed to open at 5am and it's currently 7 am and all the zero stars for not even being equal I have the evidence to prove it if anyone wants

Came to order a meal, the guy at the window said cash only. My order came to be 16.09. So he said he has to round up to 17. This guy doesn’t know how rounding works. He wouldn’t give me my change back, nor did he want to give me a receipt. Said receipt machine is down, I came back the next day to say this to the manager but she just laughed at my face. Said something in Spanish to her coworkers and they all laughed. Whatever, thieving crummy McDonald’s. Terrible management and customer support.
