Went to get a ice coffee this morning and the woman working the drive was so rude I was placing my order in the middle of me doing so she close the window as I was still talking to her, next window to pick up my food I looked over my order to make sure it was right and it wasn't I asked the guy what happened to the rest of the order and he said o the machine is not working smh so when was someone gone to say something....Dunkin Donuts from now on for me...hood McDonald's are always a problem ☹️

I just left the McDonald's located at 502 Riesterstown Road, Baltimore MD 21208. I ordered a mcdouble chicken nuggets medium fry and a sprite. I also asked for it to be cooked on order to go. What I received was a burger that was recorded and my fries were hard as hell. The best of the meal was the sprite because it was self serve. I am so sick and tired of paying for food to these multi million dollar franchises and then get served slop. It's truly ridiculous. If I could give a zero it would be to high of a score for this sorry serving madonalds. They need to be put out of business.
This was by far the worst McDonald’s that I ever went to. The attitudes are horrible and need a quick adjustment, if you do not like where you work change it. You don’t get to take your attitude, or issues out on customers period! The girl at the drive-through was very rude did not greet me, or tell me the total. She just took my money and then handed me the change with frown on her face, she also got smart with me at the drive-through speaker when I asked a question regarding my order. I then encountered the woman at the last window who actually handed my food off to me, she was rude as well with absolutely zero customer service skills. This location will close quickly unless some major adjustments are made with the attitude and the delivery of the products that are being served. Customers who keep your business going, you cannot treat them like you are mad that they are there!Now let me get to my food that was given to me. First of all, I asked for a hamburger no pickle. I was given a cheeseburger wrapped in hamburger paper, I ordered my fries cooked to order because I despise cold McDonald’s fries. I was given old fries that had been under the heat lamp for I don’t know how long, and My sweet tea was basically water!I’m not sure who owns this location, but your employees are running your business in the ground !It was a total waste of money, I have food that I cannot eat and money out of my bank account that I cannot afford to just give away. Word of mouth will kill a business, and with the looks of these reviews it doesn’t look good.

I was there yesterday the lady was rude it was other people sitting down she had came up to me and tell me that’ she goin to call the cops on me and my mother she only came up to us we wasn’t doing anything we was just on our phones making important calls minding our business but I feel like that was racism and she was black to .have she check the mirror lately?she needs to fix whatever her problem is.DONT GO THERE THEY ARE RUDE WITH attitude problem!!!!!!!!!! .

Most of the staff need to be fired. Attitude issues and can’t get an order correct. Unfortunately, today no one bothers to take time to repeat an order and it’s always the customers fault. Why do staff love to give businesses they work for a bad reputation. If they got paid like they preformed, they would be broke.
