I went to this McDonalds with my 2 children the other day and I seen that few students got off the public bus but when they tried to come in there was this lady ai guess apart of the staff saying some students couldn't come in until others went out but were letting adults enter and i just felt this was very rude and disrespectful especially as someone who has kids of my own and also during this kind of weather ??? It is freezing outside and your telling these kids they cant come inside and order a meal. im sure the reason is because one student in the pass has done something but to take it out on all and have them in the cold it's ridiculous, never want to eat from a place with workers like this again DO NOT recommend

I stop here regularly for iced coffee, and the service is always top notch. The guy who takes my order is always very friendly, and the person who serves my drink is very nice as well. Better service than any other McDonald's I've ever been to!

I usually ignore ratings of fast food places because, come on, it’s a McDonald’s. How picky can I be? But then I came here. I’ll say, the only reason it’s not 1 star is because the drive through order taker was personable and nice. However, and I know this sounds very ā€œfirst world problemā€ — they charge $1.49 for a cup of water and it’s didn’t come up on the screen like all charges should. I get to the window. Nothing about being charged for water. I pay and look at my receipt… $1.49. Which is outrageous since I’m guessing buying a bottle of water is probably that much. I ask the person at the window. They say ā€œthere’s a sticker on the menu where the screen isā€ like… put that cost on the screen when a customer orders then. If you charge me less than a dollar for a cup of water, fine. But when you charge the same cost of a drink, not fine.

Got my refund but will not be returning. Did I assume water was free? Yes. Did it show up on the order on the giant sign where your order shows up? No. So why would I think water was not free? And, should the cashier have told me how much the order was when I got to the window if it was not the same amount as on the giant board outside? Yes.

You literally have to ask for hot food!!! They ignore the directions for no pickles extra onions everytime and the fries are always stale

This McDonald’s is great bc it has a play place but the service ruins it. Every single time I order in the drive thru they ask my to pull into one of the drive thru spots and wait for my order. I’m getting like two meals… nothing major. I have a small child and every time he gets excited and then cries for 10 mins while we’re pulled off to the side waiting for our food. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I order ahead on the app so they have plenty of time to make it and it still happens. I’ve been waiting for 11 mins as we speak and still have not gotten my food. Absolutely insane for ā€œfast foodā€

I use the drive through for breakfast. Always get an unsweet tea and a sugar free iced coffee. I don't always get a sugar free tea. Today tasted like the had sweet tea, emptied most of it out and added unsweet. I hate not getting what I asked for. I cannot have the sugar.

The food was hot the food was delicious surface was fast just one problem they don't wear ahead and that's what clubs are on the line which caused cross-contamination food illness they must wear gloves they must wear head nests the hair is so long you don't know if hair getting on a food or not
