What kind of freaking training does this night crew have? Ordered my food through the McDonald’s app, waited over 20 minutes in drive thru, gave my code via the talk box and later at the window they say they do not have my order. I asked them to make my food since it’s already paid the just refuse and didn’t even give me my refund. How hard is it to just hand me my mobile ordered app.

I am a 60 year old lyft driver, I went to this location to go to the bathroom and get food. After coming out of the bathroom I went to the kiosk to order food when 2 very rude employees started talking about why someone would go into a bathroom that smelled like piss. First if it smelled why didn't they clean and second I had to go. Very rude.

Clean, clean clean..I've had a few bad experiences here but I've had more great ones. I love McDonald's!! Oh and you can now use cash at the kiosk when ordering food!
