I go here regularly and it’s always the same woman that’s disgustingly rude and extremely dismissive! She never gets my order correct and has the nerve to get an attitude when I POLITELY inform her!! Now this time I was sick so I ordered delivery 3 blocks away. I received less than half my order and when I called the driver he went back and they refused to give it to him!! He described the woman perfectly and of course it was the same woman!!! He said he always has a problem with her as well! I can’t ever get through on the phone either. Taking it to corporate. Don’t go to this location!!!

It's McDonald's. Although, I was in the drive thru. They gave me plenty of condiments, napkins and sauce for our nuggs. Quite surprised at no cost. This is a good one. 9/10 I recommend if you are in a Mickey D's type mood!

Just left this place and positive that I’ll never return. Everyone there has the shittiest attitude and waited in the drive thru for at least 20min because they kept taking orders from opposing line which is rude as hell. Then I get my food where my sandwiches aren’t even wrapped up properly where I had ketchup all around the bag. Again, shitty service and shitty food and wouldn’t return if I was dying from hunger.

Always slow. I just tried to get some food and i sat there waiting for 5 minutes to talk to someone to order?? Food is has been over cooked. The fries were soggy. I asked for a slushy and ordered it and they wait till after i paid to say they dont have any. And I couldn’t get a refund and they gave me a frappe i didnt want that at all!!!

I didn't get my food. The staff practically ignored us and the facility had no AC but a box fan in the kitchen. So while waiting for my mobile order that was supposed to be picked up in the drive through but was told to come in and then apparently be ignored, I sweated and left 20 minutes later so that I wouldn't be as late for my meeting. The WORSE SERVICE EVER! Oh, and I used my points for part of my order. Lost those!
I wouldn't recommend going to this particular McDonald's. The workers are unfriendly and rude. They take so long to make something tiny like a drink which isn't okay 😄

I have to be 100% honest there's a manager there as a black woman by the name of Wanda she sets the tone she is the best customer service rep for a major brand that I ever experienced she is down to earth and treats her customers just on March the 31st I asked for a rag to clean off the table and I wanted to do it myself she would not allow me she is the epitome of customer service I salute her
