We love this McDonald's and travel a bit further than one slightly closer to our house because they always get our food right here, have friendly service and staff, and the best manager running things and making this McDonald's slightly better than the rest!

I found a piece of hair in my french fries I had to aggressively tell a McDonald's employee about this and they gave me another French fries. 2 chiefs were not wearing hats at all while the rest were wearing them. These chiefs need to start wearing hats so no hair gets on food. Ridiculous!

As of the end of 2024, the price increase is not justified. The crew is unable to correctly fill an order. My last 3 visits my order was incorrect twice. Charge me $6 a sandwich, then gave me the wrong one worth $3. Forgot ingredients, like the egg on an egg sandwich. Slime on the wrapper.

Half the time I have to take my food back because it’s cold & looks like the foods been sitting for way longer than it should be! It’s very frustrating to have to take food back that I just sat in the drive thru waiting for a half hour to place my order & pick up my food to begin with!

I don’t live in the area so I only go to this mcdonald’s out of necessity when I’m passing through at late hours (after midnight). I’ve never had experience with anyone except their overnight crews. I’m not sure if this is a training location or some sort of program where they hire staff who speak english as a second language, but I have only ever interacted with one employee who clearly spoke and understood english and even she still got my order wrong. That’s a wonderful program if such is the case, but it’s horrendously hindering to how customers are handled.
Some staff struggles to understand the items you’re ordering over the speaker; there is a LOT of repeating yourself. I’ve actually had to pull around to the window and speak to MULTIPLE employees with broken english in the past because they would keep adding the wrong item on the screen.
Last night 11/4/24 around 1am my friend and I placed mobile orders. I ordered the mcchicken meal deal with a large sprite and a mcdouble and two apple pies. When we got up to the pickup window they informed us they were out of pies and replaced them with cookies which was fine. They handed us one drink and two bags, and my friend pulled out of line before I realized we were missing my drink so we pulled back around. Luckily I checked the bags as well because I then realized they hadn’t handed me my order AT ALL. The second bag was just cookies. We made our way back around to the pickup window to get the meal, handed them the receipt, and immediately they tried to hand me the wrong size drink. When they gave the bag it was also wrong; instead of the meal deal that included fries and 4 nuggets they gave me two mcchickens. I just decided to leave. The burgers were overcooked almost to the point of being hard and seemingly over salted, something i’ve never experienced with a mcdonald’s burger in my life. My friends fries were cold. The cookies were all stuck together.
I can’t say how this location is during normal business hours but if you’re desperate for late night food, you’d really be better off at the nearby Taco Bell

Every time I come here they forget part of my meal. Every single time without fail. It’s really my fault for coming back when I know this but today is my last trip. I didn’t catch I didn’t get my drink because I was busy double checking my food. I don’t think the employees at this location are capable of running 2 lanes of drive thrus. Please train better
