I have never been at a McDonald's in my life where the food was not cooked the cheese was not melted the fries were cold it was the worst experience I've ever had at McDonald's I am 64 years old I have been eating McDonald's food forever but that was the worst they need to retrain their Cooks at the eastpoint Mall location on North point road

I went in there on a Tuesday and ordered 2 sodas and 2 breakfast sandwiches. They gave me the wrong sandwiches so I called and they told me to come back and they would replace them. I went back on Thursday and ordered them for replacement it took them so long to get them ready I had to leave the window before I was late for work and I called them again and the manager said to come back tomorrow. I go in there on Friday which was today decided to walk in to get my food sat at the registers waiting to speak to someone and everyone just walked past over and over again and never said a word. The line in the drive thru was backed up and there were cars in 3 of the wait for food lines. The staff yells and cusses in English and Spanish whenever there is a problem with anything. This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been in period and I have seen some bad ones. Please avoid this place at all costs.

Well going thru the drive thru they have the 2 rudest ppl!! The girl taking order huffed and puffed in mic! 1st window girl and the 2nd window grown lady was just rude speaks no English!! And rolls her eyes if you ask for anything!! Like sauce because order taker didn’t ask! But I will say the 3rd was the greatest! She was friendliest!!Kid-friendliness: Happy meals!! W toys!!

Very pleasant and professional young lady bought out an order for me and another car curbside. She smiled greeted us, read back our orders and offered a selection of condiments.Parking: You enter you have to make almost a full circle to park and another half circle to exit. The parking lot wasn't well thought out. If theres is a long line for drive through you have to wait to exit.
