I was in the bathroom washing my hands and an employee came out the stall and walked right out didn’t even wash her hands I told the manager and nothing happened I’m so disgusted and I will never ever return!!!

You know they say that the quarter pounder is made with fresh. Never Frozen hamburger but every time I've ordered it the majority of times I've ordered it. It comes scalded and dry as if the kids don't know how to cook fresh meat. McDonald's seems to just be microwaving frozen food to cook it

Disgusting experience — health department should step in
I was offered free fries today on the app, but they were so stale and nasty I couldn’t even eat them. Imagine not being able to eat McDonald’s fries? That’s how bad it was.
Then came the sandwich — the bun looked like a rodent had stepped on it, completely gross. The fish patty had a terrible smell. I couldn’t take a single bite.
I ended up throwing everything away. This location seriously needs a visit from the health department. Serving food in this condition is unacceptable.

So I got a big breakfast with hotcakes and the hotcakes was not it in so I when to call on google it is a person phone number when we called them they answered and we said “ you forgot our hot cakes” and it was the manager speaking and she just said “ok” and she was a manager so we wanted a refund and she said” we can’t do it at McDonald’s You have to do it over the phone but when we went on the McDonald’s app, it was not even there so we just hung up and now we’re talking to headquarters horrible service

First time going there since they opened. Service was fast but when I got back to work to eat my lunch, I noticed that my mccrispy was basically burnt. Looks like they gave me a mccrispy that was cooked over the weekend or something. I took one bite and threw it away. Disgusting and a waste of my money. Won’t be going back
