It never fails. I've ordered at this location four times in the last two months. Every single time I do I'm missing part of the order. I've gone back once to request a correction and won't do it again. The staff is rude and dismissive. I won't be visiting this location again.

Every now and again, I get a hankering for a quarter pounder with cheese and a small Diet Coke. I know that probably wasn't a good decision, but it was appropriate at the time, and I didn't feel the least bit guilty. How's that for rationalizing my way through? 😁 Great service as per always.

Waiting about 25 minutes in the drive through line for food that was tough in texture, which likely sat under a heat lamp for a while. I think the woman at the drive through window had had enough and gave us our order for free, which was missing a few items.

This was one of the worst experiences I ever had. I did not receive all the items I ordered despite having to wait about 35 minutes in the lobby. The fries were undercooked & cold. There were about 20 or more teenagers using profanity loudly & shoving each other against the furniture/doors. The atmosphere was not family friendly & the service was terrible.

I placed an order at the Fort Avenue McDonald’s at 6:33 PM consisting of a McChicken and a pumpkin pie. I did not receive my order until 7:04 PM, which is an excessive 30-minute wait for such a simple order. When my food was finally ready, I was given an apple pie instead of the pumpkin pie I had ordered and paid for, with no acknowledgment or explanation of the substitution.
This level of service is unacceptable. While I understand that delays can occur during busy periods, a 30-minute wait time and an uncommunicated product substitution fall well below the standard of efficiency and customer service expected from McDonald’s.
This store doesn't give enough attention to walk-in and doordash. They only care about drive-through. They leave every one else waiting. They don't even address you when you are trying to get there attention.

Consistency counts here great staff service to customers. Near local shops & franchises by the water with in a block. Favorite treasure in city when on a dime. Always clean too. Bus stop out front of building 🙏👍

Super slow during a busy time like a Sunday morning. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Spent over 15 mins in the drive through line. Unacceptable. A restaurant would have food out to you in 20 mins. Edit: two ppl working during rush hour Sunday morning. I had to of course double my order just to see something was missing adding another 2 - 3 minute wait. WHY ARE THERE ONLY 2 people working 8 AM ANY MORNING?!?!
