Pulled up to the drive through at 10:45pm on Thursday February 6 with a mobile order. Was told they were closed, and (rudely) said they would refund my money and points after I asked three times. Still waiting on a refund.

They had the doors still locked after opening hours in the morning. The McDonald's atmosphere has totally changed from family inclusive to cold and depressing because of technology.

The lobby was clean, and the trash can was full. As for my food, the apple pies were cool. Even thou the box says caution hot, lol. Service apt the counter wasn't there. The focus was on the drive thru.
Came in at 8:12PM with a mobile order and was told cash only. When I asked if I could get my mobile order they said no, even though it was already placed. Employees must be stealing because why would the app allow me to order if the system wasn’t working?

12/01/2024 I placed an order on the mobile app for pick up through the drive-thru, but when I arrived at the store, the employee told me that they were closed. This location closes at 11:00 p.m., and I was at the drive-thru at 10:20 p.m. The employee was very rude to me and the car in front of me. I told her my order number, and she should have told me that they were not going to make it because they were “closed.”

Closed an hour early. The workers are absolutely lazy and rude. We had an order on the app and they pulled it up and refused to make it even though they still were supposed to be open. It wasn’t even a big order it was two things. A drink and a McFlurry. How lazy can you be.

Arrived 11 minutes before closing time, car already at window and we sat at the drive through speaker for three minutes and asked if they were still open and no one acknowledged our presence nor answered our question. If you are looking to drive to an open store with only a few minutes to spare don’t even bother to come to this one because they don’t care and I will never eat at this McDonalds nor any other in the future. I’m done!!!
