Just once. I'd like to get my food the way it looks in the pictures. Yet we get sandwiches , looking like they were made by babies, or were left by previous order & they throw it in your order. Save energy, time & money. Don go! Go to APPLE BEES INSTEAD. U pay the same price for more food & better athsmophere.

5th time this happen and it’s even worst in person waiting an hour for a mcgriddle just egg and cheese and hash brown in diabolical hands down worst fast food restaurant in the whole Baltimore no exaggeration

The slowest location I have ever been to, the location is convenient so I frequent it several times and don’t mind waiting. But the wait times to get orders in and receive food are getting longer. There are too many people in there to not be able to be managed efficiently.

Other than one staff member Ms . Tonja, the staff in this establishment are rude, unfriendly, and need to learn better English to serve in this urban community. In addition to poor service the wait times on even a “soft drink” can cover your entire lunch break. The only thing they can seem to grasp is charging you extra money for sauce!! This use to be a quality establishment that offered great service, but now it really sucks. If Ms. Tonja is off you can forget getting the order right or in a timely fashion! Ya’ll need to do better.

Sorry and disgusting
I can understand understaffing, but terrible service is inexcusable. My second time in this drive-thru (two lanes) and both times the other lane was taking orders (no out of order sign) and no one acknowledged the lane I was in. I tried getting the attention of the cashier and in the meantime they continued taking orders for the other lane. Cool. I drive up to the window to express the issue, and I was met with attitude. It’s easy. I’ll go elsewhere. The outside has been updated but those attitudes have not been.
Edit: I just finished my steak egg and cheese on a biscuit, subbed round egg and the egg was not done.
