The mobile app wasn't working so after 45 minutes of fighting with the app, we asked if we could just place our order at the dasher window. The people said yes. However they ONLY filled my boyfriends order (which they didnt even do correctly at that). They REFUSED to take ANY PART of my order. I'm 9 months pregnant and we had WALKED there. I just ordered food from Greenmount Ave I ordered 20 peice chicken nuggets among other things that tota$l 23.00 I get home and there is only 14 nuggets the other food was cold smh I tried to call but no one would answer the phone . please don't go to this store it is always something. plus they had no receipts. im gonna get in touch with corporate. Yeah, I just wanna say that I get a lot of Grubhub and DoorDash pickups here. The work environment here is, not great. They're very busy, understaffed and probably underpaid too. Customers can be rude as hell, everybody's impatient, myself included, more often than I'd like to admit to.
