We waited in the drive thru for more than 15 minutes after ordering and the food was cold and old. We ordered a 20 piece nugget, a ranch snack pack combo, a small strawberry shake, and two apple pies. The ranch snack pack is a chicken strip wrapped in a flour tortilla with shredded lettuce, cheese, and ranch sauce. The wrap and chicken nuggets were cold and old. The fries were hot but without salt. The staff were friendly but didn't offer or make any subtitutions. The prices were okay but I don't care about prices when my food is accurately made, hot and fresh, and well seasoned. I haven't tried the apple pies yet because I lost the taste for anything else. My overall impression is that I am not satisfied and wish I had eaten at home instead of McDonald's.

The manager Joseph Beard is rude, nasty disrespectful and a jerk! He was supposed to refund me my money and never did. I called corporate and they told me to go back to the store. I go back to the store, and he was still refusing to refund me my order. I hope the owner of this location gets rid of him ASAP!
