The drive thru employees were very nice but whoever y’all have making the food they need to get it together. I ordered a filet o fish I didn’t think to check the food before pulling off I just made sure all of the items were in the bag. When I got home I opened my sandwich and it didn’t look right so I disassembled it. There was a chicken patty instead of a fish patty on the sandwich. I had already called it a night and I wasn’t driving back across town so I just ate it, but just pay attention to what y’all are doing.

Should really be a 1-star, but I’m feeling generous. The staff is mostly a bunch of teenagers who spend more time talking and laughing than actually working. Even when fully staffed, there’s often no one at the front counter, so expect to wait 15–20 minutes for a single item. The food itself is usually fine, but the service is painfully slow and unorganized you’ll likely witness an argument or some kind of chaos before you get your order. The only redeeming quality is that the lobby and bathrooms are generally clean. Otherwise, save yourself the time and go to the Moravia Rd. location, where the service is much quicker and the staff actually takes their jobs seriously.

Well I just went there at 6:35 am for breakfast and was told their not open after waiting 10-15 mins. Smh. Said I wasn't going back but it was a long the way to where I was going and almost everytime its something with is store. Need to just close it or hire better staff.

This McDonald is a joke like how you can’t tell my husband who went into the bathroom after him and stole his 2 ct diamond wedding band so he could file a police report but you wanna check the amount dashers are getting paid before you hand over their order. I should sue your store for negligence and racial profiling … cameras must don’t work … I will never give this location my business personally

There is a big sign behind the register that says NO FREE REFILLS PER MANAGEMENT! Since when did micky dees stop giving refills to customers who sat inside and ate? Also I stood there for over 5 minutes looking at them tring to ask about this and was going to pay because I needed a refill cuz they put mostly ice in the cup anyways and they shook their heads and walk away even after I pulled out my card..

This McDonald's is just o.k. in reference to service. Before the pandemic it was most definitely one of the slowest. Now due to the pandemic and the actual store being closed the drive thru is always busy & crowded. Most of the workers are sensible and polite but as with a lot of fast food workers not all are ready for a job even in the midst of working a drive thru window. If you are starving like Marvin and just have something to nibble on & are in the area then just suck it up and wait. If waiting isn't your thing then Erdman's Chicken and Fish is right up the street in the shopping center. Go get you something to eat !
