The drive thru employees were very nice but whoever y’all have making the food they need to get it together. This McDonald's is just o.k. in reference to service. Before the pandemic it was most definitely one of the slowest. Now due to the pandemic and the actual store being closed the drive thru is always busy & crowded. Most of the workers are sensible and polite but as with a lot of fast food workers not all are ready for a job even in the midst of working a drive thru window. Food always fresh and workers actually have food ready at a good time but despite that the manager there is very self centered I had a experience in which I wanted sauce but was denied because she say's I don't need it even though I haven't received any with my order all this just because it wasn't ketchup I asked for when I can't have ketchup
