The cheesteaks are not made fresh. The meat sits in a pan drying out and getting cold. I just had the coldest, toughest, and driest cheestake of my life. This place use to be the best. They are now the worse.

Tried to call my order in ahead of time, they answered, greeted, then I could hear metal clanging around, and was left on hold with no response for 10 minutes, eventually I hung up. When I drove there and went in, it took 25 minutes to get my food.
I was so excited to try these subs. Everyone told me how amazing they were and that they come packed with meat. They definitely load their subs with a lot of steak, so if you just need a lot of food, it’s decent and that’s why I gave it two stars.
The food was bland, the steak was unseasoned and just barely warm. Cheese wasn’t melted on the steak, but it was place on the bun and then the slightly warm steak loaded on top, then lots of fried onions. $20 for a 12” (two halves) wouldn’t have been a bad deal if they seasoned their food and melted the cheese on the grill with the steak. Other than the quantity of steak being huge, this was probably one of the worst cheesesteaks I’ve ever had.
So disappointed after hearing so many positive things about these subs and then getting what I got.

So i just got a gyro from here and was not impressed at all they dont know how to make a gyro at all for the record it has to be alot tzatziki sauce not put on the bread like a mayo or something and the bread should be toasted just stick to subs leave the qyro to the people who know what it is and how its served
Still the best loaded subs around!
