The large TVs over the bar draw sports fan regulars on the weekends with a roomy dining space beyond it. The food is acceptable. I liked the fish very much, but the chips (French fries) were disappointing. Not a "trendy" or a "foodie" place, just a neighborhood bar somehow located downtown that you visit to have drinks, some solid, basic food, and hang out with your friends.
Attended an Irish wake here last Saturday. The food was great, the owners were very accommodating, and good memories were recalled and made anew. Don't miss this place if you like a great bar, and great Shepherd's Pie.
Great Sunday brunch offerings. Prices are very economical. Atmosphere is Irish pub. Some hightop seating. Bar and dining room.
Parking: Some parking on the block near the restaurant. Plan to walk a bit after finding a spot or park in the nearby garage.
