As much money as I spend in here. You guys made a big mistake tonight. All I ask is can you please make it right my next visit. No receipt or nothing but I know what I asked & paid for. Thanks!!

Very good pizza

Totally turned off lol. So I went to order online after receiving a new menu from them, I made an account, put my address it says that my address isn't in the delivery zone that I can pick up. So I called, the girl said we do deliver. I said that's weird. I'd like to use the 5% off coupon that's supposedly online only but I can't do it online. So she asked the manager the manager said it should not be saying that and I said well it is and she said I'm just telling you what he said. So right there the customer service was wacky. I tried redoing it, it says the exact same thing. I was going to spend a decent amount of money tonight on dinner for the family but that just ruined it for me. I'm blatantly telling you that it's not working and it's telling me that I can't place an order online yet you're telling me it shouldn't say that and that's it? I mean really lol. 5% isn't a big discount and if you would have said sorry it must be a glitch on our end I would have ordered over the phone but since I was questioned and basically told I was wrong tells me the manager has a complex. I mean would you like to try it yourselves or I can send you the screenshot of what it's saying to me?? You lost new customers.

I’d like to preface this by saying I am writing this review on behalf of my 71 year old grandmother, and her friend, who got food poisoning from this establishment; they also eat here REGULARLY. My grandmother, and friend, both got the Lasagna dinner from here yesterday evening, & shortly after they BOTH begun experiencing symptoms of food poisoning. When my grandmother contacted the establishment today, she spoke to the manager who dismissed the issue and said “Well no one else has gotten sick besides you and your friend so I don’t know what to tell you”. I even called again myself to express how unprofessionally the situation was handled to said manager who had nothing to say to me. I hope no one ever has to experience their GRANDMOTHER or ANY loved one being sick due to this place’s lack of urgency & care when it comes to the food safety & health of their patrons.

Been getting food from them for years, always delicious. Usually get a sub, cheese steak or slices to today. Decided to get a whole pie today. Bad mistake, it was gross. I called and asked them why it tastes different and they said because they do their whole pies in a pan, vs just putting them on the over. Single slices are still done in pizza over they said. The pans make them greasy and gross. Never again

Cheese steak sub had no taste and was cold. The cheesy fries were cold as well.Delivery was very slow. Overall bad experience.

Always great food, can never go wrong really between chicken, pizza, subs, even the salad for real 😋

So my husband and I order from here quite often and the food is always pretty good although I think they’re a bit too pricey! Nonetheless, we ordered from here last night and this is starting to become an ongoing issue…..THE FRIES ARE HORRIBLE!! It’s like we roll the dice whenever we order from here because we don’t know what type of fries we’re going to get that day!! They’ve been overcooked, burnt, Cajun looking but not tasting, some may be undercooked, it’s like you don’t know how they’re cooked but THEY know how the fries look before they bag em, and it’s as if they don’t care anymore on serving customers NASTY, BURNT, CAJUN LOOKING BUT NOT TASTING, UNDONE, UNAPPEALING fries!! However they’re cooked, it’s NOT consistent and it’s NOT good, especially for the money charged! Previously, we never had any issues with their fries but over the last year, ITS GOTTEN WORSE!! I HOPE you guys fix this as we’ve bought this to your attention before but nothing’s changed! This is truly a turn-off as you look for the fries to complement your meal and it definitely doesn’t anymore!! I’d hate to stop ordering from here as the other food we get normally is good but we’re tired of wasting money by throwing the fries away after only being able to eat 3/4 out of a order, that’s extremely frustrating and expensive!!

Feel like the reviews are inflated. The cheesesteak is dry. They seem to overcook the meat. When I ask for a delivery the guy states 40 mins however I see a driver pull up in 20mins. Makes me think they use old meat. Its also very salty. The cook needs to stop pressing out the juices. Whatever they are doing needs to be fixed. They should make it fresh to go. One time I did go inside its fairly basic. 2 subs 8 or 12 inch, fries and drink is damn near $50.

DELICIOUS, Food Is Always Delivered Hot and Right On Time. Cheese steaks subs was Great. Gravy Fries Was On Point. Wish They Served Fried Pickles.

No bs best pizza in the area the dough is insanely delicious like pretzel dough crust that goes around the slice so you get that great crust bite as u destroy the slice. But u have to get cooked crispy an eat in house always.
