I’ve never seen such unfriendly staff. We there, they make it very difficult to say the least. You have to constantly ask for napkins, paper plates, and no parm cheese at all. Except those cheap packets that are brown. So you are getting up constantly to ask for things because they only give you 2 thin napkins. And they act like you are bothering them.

Yeah, my wife ordered cheese fries today and it barely had any cheese on it but the price was like six dollars for small order of cheese fries and barely any cheese. Total waste of money never getting that there again.

We order from here all the time, the food is always wonderful and the prices are too! I felt inclined to leave a review though after ordering tonight because the kind woman who took my order. She was soo friendly and sweet. I just wanted to give her some sort of recognition, although I didn’t get her name. She sounded young lol but she was truly soo wonderful to talk to. Thanks for all the great food Middle River Pizzeria!
We order from here 2-3 times a week since the middle of November. Our orders costs between $25-$50 an order. I had to call almost everything we placed an order to complain about something that was wrong. From little things like gravy on my fries, putting hots on the side instead of on the sub. Whoever puts the orders together doesn't pay attention to special requests. The poor drivers have to come back a second time because someone not doing their job. To some it might seem petty but once in awhile a mistake could happen. No one is perfect! But for us it's every order!!

I order from this place and the Wings was not the one we ask for and when we ask for a refund the guyvtold around and said that after the refund that we can not Order from them any more after the refund so I ask them for the ower he turn around and poit at a picture on the wall and I said is he here they said no so I told him have him call me and they said OK so I called a other store and they said they will call the owner and that never happend so if I was anyone I would not Order from them or ask for a refund they will tell you you can't order from them any more

This place has terrible customer service, employees are always rude. Making an online order is almost impossible with their 90's website. I would not recommend it.
