We’re disappointed that we waited so long to try this place! It exceeded our expectations for breakfast. Fast food service, substantial number of food offerings, delicious coffees, and an awesome, cozy ambiance. We will be back!

I've waited to put a review in. I've visited over 5 or 6 times by now. Most of those times, some of ladies behind the register or coffee bar would act annoyed when taking orders and/or tease customers after they've left. It's a strange dynamic, like they're annoyed and feel inconvenienced by providing service. It's of course not every employee.

Mindpub is the absolute best! The staff are always super friendly and make every visit a great experience. The ambience is cozy and perfectly designed- great for grabbing a bite with a friend or getting some work done.
The food and coffee are always excellent and consistently well-priced. It’s rare to find a place that nails both quality and atmosphere, but Mindpub does it effortlessly.
Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming spot to eat, drink, or work comfortably.

The owner's husband threatened to leave me a 1 star review if I didn't remove this review. I said I would consider it if I wasn't treated like garbage next time I go there. He seemed to be okay with that, but then he left me a 1 star review out of retaliation. This is not how to have a successful coffee shop.
I walked in, didn't see a host, and sat down at the bar. The guy behind the bar asked me if I already ordered. I said no. He got mad and yelled at me told me to get up, stand in line, and the menu is over there. I guess they don't have waiters and sit down service. I walked out. I'm leaving a 1 star review because of the way I was treated, not simply because the don't have waiter service, like I'm retarded or not good enough to be there. There are ways to treat customers, and that's now the way. BTW, I'm used to if there is a bar that there is also a bar tender.

Espresso is terrible, no crema at all. Bagel sandwiches are good and they have poppy seed bagels and gluten free buns, but sandwiches are twice the price of Koba cafe and Koba has better coffee.
Response to owner. Actually, you have no idea who I am as I was just visiting Baltimore for the weekend and have no idea who you or Koba are. I just had much better coffee and more reasonably priced sandwiches there.

Loved the environment! The name of the sandwich is escaping me at the moment but it was a steak, egg and cheese bagel and it was delicious! Also, really liked the watermelon lemonade. My wife enjoyed her latte which is the make or break for us. High recommend if in the area!
