I popped in to MOB last week for a beer and to see the brewery. I needed a minute to take it all in- the space is stunning, and the scale of it makes ya feel pretty small! Once I realized that one should order at the far end of the bar, I got down to business and tasted a few beers: 7:54, Esmeralda, The Point and Wispy, settling on Wispy (a Hazy Pale Ale) for the duration- its probably too drinkable, if there is such a thing. I am an IPA drinker, but enjoyed the Point and if I can go back at brunch-time, I’d probably order the Esmeralda! The staff was super friendly, the beer was delicious, and combination caused me to stay longer than for “one beer” requires. I live a few thousand miles away, but will definitely revisit Ministry of Beer!

Awesome food and service, pleasant welcoming atmosphere!

The location is better than the beer but it's still pretty good. The neighborhood is very lucky that this is a bar now and it was repurposed.

Truly astonishing. The owners clearly weren't doing this as a joke, but as a truly holy experience. Terrific drafts, super lively ambience, and a sense of hedonistic divinity.

I’m a regular at Ministry of Brewing. The beer is fantastic but the best part are the regular bartenders!! Love to everyone there!!

Service on the bar side left more to be desired. No hello or welcome/how are you when i ordered and it was my first visit…lady then asked if i wanted to start a tab and had her hand outstretched for the entire time waiting for my card. She did not look up from her card reader. Mind you I had my dog with me which made it hard to manage my wallet.I ordered a burrito from a food truck vendor (ironically the unrelated saving grace of this place, but which didn’t provide cutlery unfortunately). One of the employees at the bar scoffed as I was eating in the main dining area - she handed me more napkins while acknowledging my mess, which I didn’t ask for, but it came off as quite rude based on her attitude. Why not simply provide cutlery if you are concerned about how things look and fix your disposition if you work in service jobs? If you ask questions they answered as if it was obvious that I should know. Okay beer but at least a good place to socialize.

One of a kind experience. Can't beat the unique church space. I dare you to try. Beers were on point. Food truck outside. 2 big thumbs up ? ?

Very delightful establishment. It is an old church that is turned into a brewery. They serve a lot of beer on tap, but they also have different board games and a wii that you can snot. Great place to chill, not too busy
The food truck ran out of food at 5pm. Very nice staff.

Good atmosphere with lots of beers to choose from

Hands down one of the coolest breweries I've ever been to. Average prices and an extensive beer list, including a half dozen stouts, which I was a huge fan of. I'm just sad I don't live within walking distance.

Amazing that a beautiful church could be converted into a great brewery!
