I placed an order here over the phone. I was told it would be about an hour wait. I waited for an hour in the car with my family. I walked into the building to see if my food was ready. They never started cooking my food. Once they saw that I was upset they attempted to start cooking my food, but by that time it was too late. I reached out to the owner and never got a response.

There was a party of eight. We waited, almost an hour after we ordered to receive our food, which was room temperature to cold. The fish was hot and good based on some of our guests. The food was OK and the collard greens were gritty which is unacceptable. I would definitely improve customer service. Also fix the front door that stayed open. Every time a customer came in while we were sitting there and it was cold.

I ordered through door dash spent 60.00 on 2 meals stuffed salmon, mac and greens and catfish, yams and seafood salad waited for 2 hours to only recieve 1 order the cheapest order...this location is not good far as deliverym I never have a problem with the liberty rd location...

It was maggots coming out of the chicken I'm so glad I don't just dig in that I not only check it first but smell it also I will neverrrrrr go their again this place needs to be shut down

Me and my fiancé ordered here a few days ago, I got the grilled chicken with cabbage and mashed potatoes and he got turkey wings with greens and sweet potatoes. Every thing was really good, nice portions, good flavors. Will definitely order again

Simply put,,,,,Miss Carter's gets 100%!!!!! Wow!!!!! No wonder people coming in there leaving with bags!!!!! Wow!!!!! The food is absolutely marvelous!!!
