MJE Catering is terrific! Used them for the Celebration of Life held for my husband after he died. When I needed to cancel the first date and reschedule, they were very understanding and helpful. Their assistance in deciding on what food to serve was in valuable. The food was delicious and varied. Both light snacks and flavorful chicken, hamburgers, and side dishes. They came early and set up a lovely service, refilled as necessary, and cleaned up beautifully at the end of the event. Was able to freeze some leftovers and eat them over the next couple of weeks. The food was outstanding and their attitude and interactions were delightful, helpful,, and pleasant. I highly recommend!

Just had our tasting last night and I can not emphasize enough how incredible everything was. The short rib was melt in your mouth and the marry me chicken is packed with flavor. But the guests all said how wonderful everything was, and I was so stressed about all the other details of the party that I threw. By the time I sat down to get a plate, it was almost too late. (And that was my fault!) I heard raves from my guests on the BangBang Cauliflower, the Spring Rolls and the Black Bean sliders!!!) I will use this company again, and I recommend them highly for any event.

We did a tasting prior to the event and the food was chefs kiss! The food taste like someone put their whole soul in it. The menu is diverse and accommodating to different palates. She was very prompt, thorough, professional, and kind. My original request was 40 people but it turned into 60 ppl. I reached out to Chef MJ and she was very understanding and flexible in adjusting my order short notice. I had a very specific menu request and as opposed to forcing me to stick to her menu options, she was very accommodating.

Her staff agent that came out to deliver was just as kind and professional when she dropped off my order. Chef MJ called me after my event to make sure it was all to my liking and standard. MJE Catering catered a corporate event in Baltimore for me this week. We had around 40 guests; Mercedes prepared heavy apps for passed service after a presentation. She and her team were amazing and went above and beyond being helpful - stripping linens, rolling up my red carpet, and dropping off leftovers in a company break room. And the food! The chicken skewers and roasted veg with dip were tasty, the caprese was fresh, and I had several guests comment how much they liked the sliders. A great day capped by great food and service. All of the guests loved the food, and our personal favorites were the bang bang shrimp and cheese stuffed chicken! Her team absolutely went above and beyond to make our day special.
