My recent encounter with Malina Pizza in Baltimore left me thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied. The customer service experience fell far below expectations.I place my order, the lack of professionalism was so apparent when I tried to have a conversation with the cashier. The staff members seemed argumentative failing to provide answers to questions I asked after he responded to a comment I made about the US dollar. His attitude was like he had no training to deal with the public and his behavior was atrocious. It was as if he couldn't be bothered to offer even the most basic level of customer service.In addition to the disappointing service, I can’t get a refund on the spot.In conclusion, my experience at Malina pizza was nothing short of regrettable. From the apathetic staff every aspect of my visit fell short of even the most basic standards of customer service. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining at Malia Pizza to look elsewhere for a more enjoyable and satisfying experience.

One of our pizzas was charred burnt. To the point we couldn't eat it. We gave them our information and requested a refund, and we were never contacted. Our card was rung up for the full charge. I'm not sure why the transaction couldn't be refunded at the counter? I am irritated that we not only were served inedible food, we were totally ignored

I ordered a pizza with no cheese (I have a dairy allergy) and was given a pizza with cheese on it. I took it back and was told by the young lady with the red locs that she’d remake my pizza. I returned after 20 mins and was told she never made it and the guy I spoke to said he would make it. I returned after another 20 mins and still the pizza had not been made, so I requested a refund. I’m assuming the next guy I spoke to was the manager but I don’t know bc he never said. He said he’d refund me and still make me a pizza. For some reason he couldn’t find my order despite me showing him my receipt, so he took my name, number and email, as well as had me email him a screenshot of my receipt. He said that I’d receive an email notifying me of my refund. Well, it’s been 24hrs and I haven’t received anything. Lastly, the pizza I was finally given wasn’t even good. I only ate two slices bc after over an hour of waiting, I was starving. Never again!

I ordered a glutenfree pepperoni pizza with pineapple. There was minimal sauce & almost no cheese. The staff seemed almost clueless as to doing their jobs. They said it'd take 20mins however it took 40 & they burned my pizza. Manager had worker cut off the burned part & tried to compensate me with 2 free sodas. I didn't have time to wait for a new pizza, should've gotten a refund. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt..... the pizza was gross. Manager told me to come back for a free pizza...... not sure if i will.

Service was remarkable! It was a very busy night. I ordered the veggie no banana peppers, the pizza came out a little dark which I can understand occurring from time to time with a brick oven. The staff was so nice to remake my pizza and allowed me and my party to try the dessert which was amazing and even brought it to our table. Pizza was also a 9/10! Was even good the day after, Service definitely a 10/10!

Consumer beware, this place has recently changed ownership and their recipes. Specifically their vegan cheese is now made with peanuts and the menu(s) and dietary guide did not list the new ingredients or that they prepare peanuts in their facility.

Next time I get the Napoli pizza (which has such great potential) I’m getting it without garlic. Garlic is good but this thing had I think garlic salt or garlic powder on it and it looked beautiful but it was SO much garlic it was almost inedible and overpowered what should have been really delicious.

Best gluten free pizza I've had!! Wow. I have been GF for about 7 years and tried my fair share of GF pizza crust. When I got my pizza at Molina's yesterday I was so taken aback at how good the crust looked that I thought there had been a mistake. They assured me that it was indeed GF and walked me through the very thoughtful way they make and prepare their GF crust. The crust had all the good things you want and often miss when your GF - rise, crispy outside, soft inside, and delicious. Plus the toppings/over all pizza was excellent!! To top it off the service was great! Will be returning regularly!
