The food is not that good and no service at all. Mandatory 20% for group of six is ridiculous.

Would have loved to leave a favorable review since we came from out of town specifically to try you guys but our reservation we made days in advance wasn't honored with no explanation and no solutions offered. Such a disappointment.
Definitely a nice noodle spot on my single date to Baltimore.

This restaurant offers a good variety of dishes, including gluten-free options, so it’s easy for everyone to find something to eat. The food was well-prepared and served on time. Our server was friendly and smiling throughout the meal, though by the end it felt like he was ready for us to leave.

The food was mushy and overcooked. The spring rolls were ROCK hard.
The dishes and cutlery were dirty with old food to them.
I had a very hard time getting a servers attention to address the first two issues.
When I tried to bring up the issues the servers were dismissive. One server walked away as I was speaking to them mid sentence.
I asked for the manger and was informed that there were not there.
I called later in the day for the manager and was hung up on by the same wait staff as earlier.

I ordered Thai rice this day, have the desire to put on at least one fork and one napkin.
Gosh, I love Mona's. The food is delicious, the staff is warm and friendly, and it's a casual environment. That pho could cure me of anything.

We were really excited to eat lunch here today for the first time. The menu has good variety and the fresh summer rolls starter were amazing, especially the fish sauce. The green papaya salad was fresh, but sitting in a lake of dressing and our entrees, pad Thai and drunken noodles, were incredibly oily. The wide noodles were glistening and had reservoirs of oil on them, the fried tofu was coated in oil and even the vegetables were slick with oil. Pretty restaurant, but we won't be going back.

Had myself somenbeef Pho, pretty tasty and at a reasonable price. Service was good, server's were friendly and helpful, plus I got my food relatively fast. I would cone here again and I recommend this spot to others if you enjoy Pho.
