Finally got to try moo moo cows and it was delicious! The double scoop was ginormous and the cow tracks was so creamy and yummy. The owners were also friendly and kind. Will absolutely be back!

Moo Moo Cows is my favorite place to get ice cream in all of Baltimore. The proprietors are super friendly and helpful. I love the vibe and the personalized attention each customer receives. And of course, their ice cream is fantastic! I highly recommend!

I have been known to drive all the way to Frederick for Amazing Ice Cream 🍨. Me and the girls are Ice cream snobs! I have a serious thing for Chocolate 🍫 anything...including Ice Cream. This is the FIRST time I have found Ice Cream that is this creamy and fresh outside of a dairy farm. EVER! Forget Annapolis or burning up highway miles. Go downtown and grab there Ice Cream! They have a new fan!
