Great ice cream, great atmosphere, great service, and great prices. Stumbled upon this place on the way back from a road trip. SO grateful I did. It was wonderful!

I happened to be in the neighborhood on Moo Moo Cows opening night and was so impressed by the delicious ice cream and wonderful owners that I had to make it a stop on my trip to the inner harbor 4 years later. It was still just as good and the owners just as nice. But what really impressed was their commitment to keeping quality food products affordable to the neighbors they serve. This place is absolutely deserving of their ranking as the #6 ice cream shop in America (though, I’ve not had better)! Will back anytime I’m in town.

Best ice cream in Baltimore! The proprietors were lovely, the ice cream was delicious, the flavors were unique (highly recommend the butter brittle). I also really appreciated the sign with allergen warnings! We'll be back :)

Best ice cream place in the world in my opinion. Its delicious!! And the owners are the sweetest most kindest people ever. Love the vibe. It’s about a 45 min drive for me but so worth it. Thank you!!!!!

This was a special place for me, when I went I thought I was being welcomed, and I also loved its decoration. But something horrible happened, my father-in-law went, after voting, and one of the owners read him as an anti-immigrant person and began to tell him that "it's good that T won because it will get all the immigrants out of here."
A horrible and unfortunate comment from a place that seemed open and diverse.

Was craving ice cream and heard about this place from someone before, so I tried it out for the first time. I was greeted when I walked in, and the atmosphere in there was great. Love the decorations. The owners were awesome and explained some of the different flavors and how they’re homemade, and they allowed me to try one that I wasn’t sure about. (Cow tracks and Cappuccino - can recommend both flavors as they were good). And they were generous with the toppings! I have a peanut butter/Reese’s obsession, so that’s always a big plus. Prices were good as well.

Would like to keep supporting them and will hopefully be back soon!

I can’t say enough good things about Moo Moo Cows! We were in town for my daughter’s surgery and decided to visit for a little comfort treat during such a stressful time. From the moment we walked in, Bill and Will made us feel incredibly welcome. They were so kind and attentive, even taking the time to check in on our daughter during surgery. Their warmth and care went above and beyond anything we expected, and it truly made a difference in our experience. The ice cream was fantastic—absolutely delicious and just the bit of sweetness we needed. Highly recommend this place not only for their amazing ice creamy but for the exceptional, heartwarming service!
