I happened to be in the neighborhood on Moo Moo Cows opening night and was so impressed by the delicious ice cream and wonderful owners that I had to make it a stop on my trip to the inner harbor 4 years later. Best ice cream in Baltimore! The proprietors were lovely, the ice cream was delicious, the flavors were unique (highly recommend the butter brittle). I also really appreciated the sign with allergen warnings! We'll be back :)
